     Tie rod to be removed from East side TCM ECR wall


     Improper finishing & shuttering Board not Removed in TCM ECR East side wall.

     Water leakage from tie rod holes from south side wall.

     Grinding of concrete surface pending.


     Concrete Not Removed from conduit pipe.

     Red oxide paint to be provided over insert plate that partly applied.

     Honey comb repairing and tie rod cutting pending in TCM inside.
     Hessian cloth to be Removed in Top slab.

     All extra rebar cutting in TCM inside.


     Grinding of concrete surface pending.

     Insert plate mismatch at TCM part-1 inside wall.


     Shuttering board to be Removed in TCM part-1 North side(inside).

     Ply board to be Removed in opening area.


     Bulging area to be Rectify in TCM part-2 inside opening area.
