CONTRACT PRICE $ NOTE: The contract price may increase in accordance with the terms of
this contract. This is because not all costs can be absolutely determined at the outset. LAKSH
Homes has made reasonable estimates given known conditions at the material time.

All progress payment/variation invoices need to be processed within 5 working days

SITE COSTS
1.1 Site preparation and leveling including machine hire for cut and for standard Included

above

6.3 Generally anything outside the scope of work Excluded

already on site – owner to arrange and pay for a new meter to be connected.
