Summary of Monday's meeting.

Elvira:
For this week, Elvira has activities to complete with Cândida. Matters related to invoices and
petcash closing.
During the week she will be busy with payroll processing. This week the goal is to have all
the payslips of all the employees who sent the timesheets and send them to Jolinho for
review.

Twaira:
Follow up on issues that started last week, such as:
- Ask Paulo's doctor to complete the registration of your badge.
- Run after Stelio's badge that has been stopped for a long time;
- Send a letter of offer from Celso Guamba as soon as it is authorized.
- Renewal of Anastancia and Sheila's badges
- Work on hiring a Junior Hydraulic to work with Jannaro.

Pedro:
For this week Pedro has follow ups to do with:
- Celma, from WFP.
- With Mr David regarding the project managers that we still have open.
- He has an idea of doing a B.D. with Kennymare and he's going to call Benjamim during the
week.
- On Tuesday, the revision of the internal regulations will be followed up for approval
- Pedro will follow up with the Compania de cena’s client.
Pedro has a meeting with Manhica's research center to present the company and he will do it
together with Boitmelo. He had to confirm with Mr. David and Mrs. Perpetua.
This Monday we talked about the delays that have been recurring and the justifications were:

- Elvira says that since she lost her car, it has become very difficult to get to work on
time because she faces enormous difficulties in taking transport from her area to
work, but she promises that as much as possible she will double her efforts to be able
to arrive on time at work.
- Twaira faces difficulty taking transport to get to her workplace after leaving driving
school a few times, although her biggest reason for being late is going to driving
school before coming to work.
- Pedro faces the same difficulty as the other colleagues. He suggested that the team
could ask top management to review the work schedule. From the current to a flexible
schedule where the worker enters the time he can and only leaves the workplace after
completing 9 hours of work but the rest of the team refused and opted for the option
of keeping the schedule and the team doubling their efforts to get to the service on
time.
