1. Payment Follow-Up
 Since the construction of Nipa Kutubu Holdings Limited Camp, on 19/04/2023 there has been destruction of
crops gardens for eight people.
 A report was sent on 5/05/2023 to verify the claims these eight people who claims to have their gardens and crops
being destroyed.
 We said to svelte them K200 per head for the eight individuals. Total cost is K1600.
 At the moment these very individuals and stopping us from working until we settle them with their claim.
 I urgently recommend we settle their payment as soon as possible.

Summary
Things we need to do in the following order
1. There are lot of pressure and threats from the 8 people that were affected.
We need make the payment of K1600 or at least something.
The lives of our employees are at risks as well as our properties.
It is not a welcoming and healthy working environment when we have people standing with machetes and raising
frustration without employees.
