2. Requirement of corrective maintenance

2.1. Bảo trì khắc phục bao gồm việc cung cấp nhân lực đủ trình độ và kinh nghiệm
tham gia điều tra nguyên nhân, xử lý sự cố tại các Nhà máy điện mặt trời mái nhà được
nêu tại mỗi “PO”.

2.1. Corrective maintenance includes the supply of manpower with full competence
and experience to join the trouble shooting and solving incident of Rooftop Solar
Power Plants mentioned in each “PO”

2.2 Các bên đồng ý rằng khối lượng công việc bảo trì khắc phục được xem là công
việc phát sinh nằm ngoài phạm vi của hợp đồng được quy định tại bảng dưới đây :

2.2. Both Parties agree that quantity of corrective maintenance is considered as the
rising item that is out of scope of the contract as prescribed in table below :

2.3. Quality of corrective maintenance is determined to meet the requirement when
incidents shall be solved to be got back to normal and being accepted by Party A
