TEACHER’S MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I. Introduction
This report presents the monthly activities facilitated, participated and
involved the Teacher to effectively carry out her mandate. STAR Approach was
used in presenting the activities. Collaboration with various parents and other
stakeholders were also featured as part of the effective mechanism for effective
instructional classroom management.
II. Objectives
a. Create a strong culture of collaboration, engagement and partnership with
various stakeholders towards effective and efficient classroom management.
b. Develop among stakeholders (parents) the prime sense of ownership to every
school accomplishment to better serve the students.
