A. Title Conduct of SPG Election
B. Date September 6 – 15, 2022
C. Venue NAPALISAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SCHOOL OFFICE
E. Activity Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) Election is conducted annually as
Description mandated by the department of education. It is a school organization
participated by the pupils and elementary and secondary levels.

F. Objectives This activity aims to:

 To develop new clothes into well-equipped m who can

take their place is possibly in service of community.
 To the train the pupils to become better citizens in the
future.
 To develop pupils' skills and abilities in achieving
quality education and academic excellence through
cooperative works among themselves in achieving
their goals.

G. Preliminaries  Orientation about SPG ELECTION

As mandated, Napalisan Elementary School conducted the
SPG ELECTION. The said activity is participated by the pupils
of Napalisan Elementary School. It started by the short
orientation and the guidance of SPG ELECTION. The pupils
who are interested and qualified to run the positions were

followed by the campaign period of the candidates and their

Election.

Monitoring Adviser. The teachers and the Teacher-In-Charge of
Strategies Napalisan Elementary School.
J. Logistic The SPG adviser seek assistance from the school head for

II. RESULTS
 Output/s The identified objectives and targets of activity were met. Especially:
A. documented the spg election S.Y. 2022- 2023.
Innovations Search more valuable topics that can help teachers in their field of work.
/Initiatives
Participants' The pupils were able to exercise their rights in choosing their leaders of
Feedback the school. They felt the excitement because this was again a new
experience to them after the pandemic happened. The smile and a
statement that shows under pieces during the election time are proofs
that the activity was done successfully.

Issues and Lack of equipment like projector to be used for the PowerPoint
Challenges presentation of the said activities like a Meeting De Avance or the Grand
Rally.
Intervention The candidates do the normal way of conducting the meeting de avance
Implemented or grand rally. They just speak in front of the people to share their
platforms with at the dance number to showcase their talent.
New Planned Prepare ahead of time and think more engaging activities in conducting
Strategies for The the SPG Election.
