BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY – MECHANICAL TECHNOLOGY

b. Course Title : Mechanics of Deformable Bodies
c. Pre-requisite/Co-requisite : Physics for Engineering Technologists, Integral Calculus / Statics of Rigid Bodies
d. Course Description :
This Course Include with the axial stress and strain; stresses for torsion and bending, combined stress;
beam deflection; indeterminate beams and elastic instability.
e. Credit units : 3
f. Class Schedule : 3 hours per week
