Front Desk: Good morning! This is Lux Hotel. How may I help you?
Guest: Hi, I’d like to amake a reservation for this coming weekend, March 25th.
FD: Sure! Let me check and see what rooms are available. How many days are you planning to
stay?
G: Two days
FD: Ok Sir. So that would be until the 27th. Do you need a room with one bed or two?
G: Two please. I am travelling with my brother.
FD: Alright... It looks like we have several rooms available. Would you care for a room with a
balcony?
G: Yes that would be great. I saw on you’re your Facebook page that you have free breakfast for
guests?
FD: Yes, all our hotel guests are entitled to our free breakfast buffet.
G: Great. What time are both check-in and check-out?
FD: Check-in for you on Saturday can be any time after 1:00 p.m. Check-out will be on Monday
before noon.
G: Okay, got it!
FD: Under whose name will the reservation be made?
G: Under my name please. Josh Santos.
FD: Can you spell your first name for me please?
G: J-O-S-H
FD: Ok, Mr. Josh Santos, your reservation is on the 25th until the 27th of March, for a double-
bedded room with a balcony. I am glad that I could help you today. Is there anything else that
you need at this point in time?
G: Would you like my credit card information now, or can I take care of that upon my arrival to
the hotel’s reception desk?
FD: We can handle payment upon your arrival on Saturday. We look forward to seeing you then!
G: Thank you! I look forward to my stay.
FD: Thank you for choosing Lux Hotel! Goodbye!
