Tourist: Hello. Yes, I’d like to find out about your room rates in December, please.
Tourist: Yes, we’re thinking of coming up on the 25th of December and staying for about a week, going
back on Tuesday the 2nd or Wednesday the 3rd of January.
Tourist: Well, there’s myself, my wife and our two children. They’re 7 and 5.
Receptionist: There are various options. We could do a double for you and your wife, and a room with
two singles for your children.
Receptionist: Yes, that is a possibility. Just let me check those dates for you.
Tourist: Great! And how much would the family room be?
Receptionist: It is 2100 THB for the one with balcony, and 1900 THB for the one without.
Receptionist: The price includes coffee or milk, and juice. We do have a buffet for an extra 200 THB per
day.
Tourist: Great! I would like to book the room with balcony, and add the buffet option for the breakfast.
Receptionist: Certainly sir, may I have your name and contact number for the booking?
Tourist: This is Mr. Mike Johnson. That is J-O-H-N-S-O-N. The contact number is 609094839.
