We, the undersigned students of the University of Saint Louis, are conducting the above-mentioned study in
partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree Bachelor of Political Science with Legal Studies. This study
aims to determine and evaluate the compliance of Municipality of Enrile on Republic Act 10121 or the Disaster
Risk Management Act of 2010 and its extent of implementation and execution. The study will also assess the
effectiveness of the policies and programs in the three barangays of Enrile in terms of the four phases of Disaster
Risk Management: Prevention and Mitigation; Emergency Preparedness and Risk Reduction; Emergency
Response; and Rehabilitation and Recovery.

In this regard, we would like to seek permission from your good office to allow us to conduct the study on your
barangay. Mix method of Qualitative and Quantitative data gathering that involves in depth-interview and survey
questionnaires will be used to gather the necessary information and needed data for the study. Rest assured that
all information gathered from informants will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
