Topic: GUIDELINES IN USING AUTOMATED TABLE OF SPECIFICATION FOR TEST
QUESTIONS WITH ITEM ANALYSIS
Insights or Realizations (Insights or realizations gained from the facilitator, mentor, or coach
regarding new concepts learned and known concepts that were more understood)
The table of Specification main purpose is to identify the achievement domains being measured and
to ensure that a fair and representative sample of questions appear on the test given by the teacher
to the learners. With the automated table of specification, teachers’ burden will be lessened in writing
for you will just input it in the excel and it is very beneficial for it will improves the validity of teacher-
made tests
Lessons Learned (personal experiences of how the strategy) or not in his/her class)
I learned that using the automated table of specification for test questions with item analysis
will make teachers work easier, this will also ensure alignment between the items or
elements of an assessment and the content, skills, or constructs that the assessment
intends to assess.
Next Course of Action
Learning is a continuous process so never stop learning.

Topic: ADMINISTERING /CONDUCTING PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT TO LEARNERS
Insights or Realizations (Insights or realizations gained from the facilitator, mentor, or coach
regarding new concepts learned and known concepts that were more understood)
Psychological support to every learner is very important because it promotes, protects, and
prioritizes the learner’s socio-emotional well-being. As I listen to the facilitator, she emphasizes that
as a teacher we must be sensitive enough to our learners, we must know or be aware of the
emotions they are trying to express or share so that they will not feel the feeling of being left behind
or the feeling that they are an outcast from the class. Conducting this will greatly be beneficial to the
learners as well as the teachers inside/outside the school grounds.
Lessons Learned (personal experiences of how the strategy) or not in his/her class)
I encountered different learners with different stories everyday that is why as a teacher I
always see to it that I encourage, praise, and motivate them to boost their inner self so that
they will be able to express their thoughts and ideas. If the learner has a stable
psychological aspect, he/she will strengthen his/her cognitive capacity and information
retention abilities
Next Course of Action
Have sense of sensitivity to someone’s feelings.

Topic: BASIC FIRST AID
Insights or Realizations (Insights or realizations gained from the facilitator, mentor, or coach
regarding new concepts learned and known concepts that were more understood)
Unexpected events such as accidents, cuts, burns and injuries might happen to our learners and
teachers inside/outside the campus so having knowledge in basic first aid is essential for everyone.
Being able to help a person experiencing sudden injury or illness by applying what we have learned
in basic first aid will surely lessen the pain he/she will feel.
.
Lessons Learned (personal experiences of how the strategy) or not in his/her class)
Having the knowledge in basic first aid is very helpful specially to us teachers because if
unexpected events might happen to our learners, we will be able to provide them medical
care such as bandaging, CPR, compression, control bleeding, etc. to lessen the pain of their
injuries.
Next Course of Action
Helping others even in the simplest way will left a great impact to them.

Topic: GUIDELINES IN CRAFTING SCHOOL INNOVATION (CID)
Insights or Realizations (Insights or realizations gained from the facilitator, mentor, or coach
regarding new concepts learned and known concepts that were more understood)
Embracing challenges in basic education is a way to promote critical thinking, sense of adventure,
and openness to adapt to new changes that will be beneficial not only to the learners but also to the
teachers, to the stakeholders and to the school. As the facilitator share his knowledge in crafting
school innovation, I was challenged to craft my own innovation for I know it will help me to unleash
ideas that will be useful in the educative process.
Lessons Learned (personal experiences of how the strategy) or not in his/her class)
Having knowledge in crafting innovation will help every teacher to introduce new ideas,
goods, services, and practices which are intended to be useful in the educative process It
could address gaps on access, quality and relevance and governance or management of
education service, such as: increase enrolment/participation rate and reduce drop-out, and
failure rates; improve academic performance, and enhance learning environment/improve
physical facilities. It could be a product of contextualization and indigenization.
Next Course of Action
Learning is a continuous process so never stop learning.
