ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

This is to acknowledge receipt of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS

(PHP 500,000.00) from MELGER PAZ MAGALLANES as partial payment for
the remaining balance of the total contract price of ONE MILLION PESOS
(PHP1, 000,000.00) for the purchase of a house and lot designated as Lot 29,
Block 2, Northtown 1 Subdivision, Salas Village, Barangay Libetad, Butuan City
covered by Deed of Conditional Sale with Assumption of Mortgage executed last
December 29, 2022.

The remaining balance of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS

(Php59,000.00) will be paid in hand to MAURICE L. ALPAS and HANNAH
FAYE M. ALPAS. A Deed of Absolute Sale to effect the conveyance and the
Transfer of Title of the property shall be executed as soon as the FULL
PAYMENT is paid.
