I. Objectives:
By the end of the lesson, students are able to:
- Learn sports vocabulary (ski, in-line skate, ice-skate, surf, snowboard, skateboard)
- Use the structure “He’s/isn’t good at …; She’s/isn’t good at …; I’m/’m not good at …” in a real situation
- Apply the newly-taught structure to a conversation “Is he/she good at …? - Yes, he’s/she’s very good at it - No, he’s/she’s not very good
at it; Are you good at …? – Yes, I’m very good at it – No I’m not very good at it.”
- Identify sports vocabulary in a scene
I. Teaching aids: interactive board, PowerPoint, flash cards, a bell, a plastic bottle, balls or dice
