AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY IN LAND AREA

(Re: Annotation in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 6421)

I, ENGR. HERMESA P. LAURDEN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Poblacion Norte,
Batuan, Bohol, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I am the Geodetic Engineer who conducted the subdivision survey of that parcel of land covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 6421, situated in Vallehermoso, Carmen, Bohol, and containing an
area of 11.3137 hectares, in the name of Spouses Sixto Camposos and Pilar Oyangoren; on May 21, 2009;

2. Upon the subdivision survey of the above-mentioned land which was conducted on May 21, 2009,
it was ascertained that the area bought by the vendees as annotated at the back of TCT No. 6421 differs
from the actual area as surveyed by me, as follows:

3. I am executing this affidavit voluntarily to CONFIRM that the actual area bought by the above-
enumerated vendees are those which are indicated in the preceding paragraph as a result of my subdivision
survey conducted on the subject land covered by TCT No. 6421;

4. Affiant attests to the truth of the facts above narrated and for whatever legal purpose this may
serve.
