Instructions:
1. Your output for this activity should be video recorded and submitted through the thread provided
in the google classroom.
2. Perform 7-minute exercise that illustrate the following
a. Phases of exercise following time distribution indicated:
Warm-up – (2 minutes CARDIO EXERCISES)
Proper work-out (3 minutes – STRENGTH/RESISTANCE TRAINING)
Cooling down – (2 minutes- FLEXIBILITY EXERCISES)
b. Kinds of exercises (Cardio-exercises, Strength and resistance training and flexibility
exercise
3. Choose what day of your 1-week workout plan you want to demonstrate
4. If you wish to use exercise equipment you may do so (But no need to buy one you can
improvise one.)
5. You may do the activity with your family member, but they are not part of the grading.
6. In performing the exercises especially if you’re doing it in outdoor area, please FOLLOW
SAFETY PROTOCOL PROVIDED BY THE IATF AND YOUR LGU
