1.0 PURPOSE

Purpose of this guideline is to identify the sequence to be followed during the execution
of the project.

2.0 SCOPE

This guideline is applicable for any formworksfor the variety project implementation.

3.0 GUIDELINES

1. Ask for approved fabrication drawing prior to execution, fabrication should be

approved by a formworks engineer / civil supervisor.

2. Check the measurement of area on the approved plan and compare it to the
commercial size to lessen the wastage of materials, similar to other items.

3. Follow standard usage of forms.

4. During installation of forms, horizontal and vertical alignment should be checked.

5. Double check and always ask the Supervisor before mass production.
