Who am I?

This Self-Awareness worksheet focuses on discovering “Who am I?” It is an all-encompassing worksheet that
address talents, qualities, values, perception, and self-reflection.

A. TALENTS
1. What are your greatest talents or skills?
When I was a teenager, I learned that I could do gymnastics, so I started practicing to compete in various
Schools and eventually won. As years go by, I also tend to compete in beauty pageants and win the crown;
my dedication to train my ramp is unparalleled.

2. Which of your talents or skills gives you the greatest sense of pride or satisfaction?
Competing in beauty pageants gave me a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. I had an exceptionally
Pleasant feeling there. Interact with various people, go up, and perform on stage. When I was in the stage,
I feel like I appear to be a star that shining through the stage. Especially when you see your loved ones at
The bottom of it, cheering, supporting, and smiling as if you were like a popular artist.

B. TRAITS/QUALITIES
1. What are your three (3) greatest strengths?
a. Fighting and overcome my own battles, that I don’t need to rely on other people.
b. Having a stable mentality
c. Have a strong personality, that bullies have no chance on defeating or downgrading me.

2. What do you feel are your two biggest weaknesses?


a. Breaking my heart through unfaithfulness of my boyfriend.
b. Not appreciating my efforts and sacrifices

Competitive in academics, Confident and Consistent, Calm, Ambitious, Down to earth, Approachable,
Friendly, Rational, and Respectful is kinds of my characteristics.

4. What qualities do you wish you had?


Time management is of the qualities I wish I had. Having no time management gives me struggles in doing
a productive day.

A. My family including my friends, relatives and my boyfriend.
B. My personal belongings, such as books, gadgets and clothes.

Do you spend enough time on/with the things you most value? Why or why not?
Yes, I always choose to spend my time with the things I value the most. It’s because I feared that one day I
may not able to see or held their arms again. Moreover, I love to appreciate things that I work hard just to
get
or bought them. I treasure myself to maintain the determination that I have because I don’t want to lose
them.

D. PERCEPTION
1. How is the “public you” different from the “private you”?
My public and private selves are quite distinct. My public self tends to be there for my friends in their own
problems, providing them with the necessary support. While in my private life, I don't usually receive a lot of
support, which is why I am in control of facing my own problems and accepting the fact that I won’t ever get
back the appreciation I have given to others.

2. How are you trying to please others with the way you live your life?
By simply interact with them, an honest and approachable communication is one of the things I do to please
other people.

E. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. What three things are you most proud of in your life to date?
a. Having a motivation and confident to compete in beauty pageants.

b. Consistent academic achiever and graduated in senior high with honors.

c. Living my life to the fullest, and also have no fear to go beyond my limits.

2. What do you hope to achieve in life?


Personally, I hope to graduate in college with flying colors such as Summa Cum Laude, ever since high
school I desire to graduate with highest honor to give my parents a beautifully made happiness and
satisfaction. I want to fulfill their dreams to have a child that having a successful life and future. Moreover,
I want to give them back the efforts and sacrifices that my parents gave to us. Furthermore, I am hoping to
have a stable life for my own family.

If you could accomplish only one thing during the rest of your life, what would it be?
To have a loving family that will give me joy and happiness to the rest of my life. I know it’s sounds personal
but I dreamed to have a family that has a love and God to the center of it. I may experience now a lot of
heartbreaking scene/problem to my family, but I will rest assured that my future family will never experience
the same pain that I am receiving right now.
