Narrative Report on the Roof Replacement Project

School Clinic
In response to the urgent need to address the deteriorating
condition of the clinic roof at Gumapac Barangay School, the Local
School Board allocated a budget for the replacement of the roof.
The Municipality of Tuy awarded contracts to the selected
suppliers for roofing materials and the chosen contractor for the
roof replacement project.

On September 6, 2023, the chosen contractors came and started

to replace the roof. The new roof has significantly improved the
safety of the clinic. Students and teachers no longer face the risk
of leaks, structural issues, or safety hazards associated with the old
roof.

The clinic now provides a more comfortable and secure

environment for healthcare services, ensuring that students
receive necessary care without any disruptions caused by the
roof's condition.

The completion of this vital project was met with enthusiasm and
gratitude from the entire school community, including students,
parents, and teachers. It demonstrates the Local School Board's
unwavering commitment to addressing the concerns of Gumapac
Barangay School.
