The learner demonstrate understanding of nutrition for a healthy life during adolescence.

The learner makes informed decisions in the choice of food to eat during adolescence.

II. CONTENT
Lesson: Nutrition during adolescence
Procedure:
1. Students will open the door of the pyramid.
2. They will identify the group of foods .
3. Let them complete the food pyramid as a revue.
B. REVIEW
ANNOTATION:

Procedure:
1. Look on the board and observe.
2. Chose that may reflects your view of response ( Agree or Disagree, ) on the statement given by the teacher.
3. You are given 15-20 seconds to think and without discussion, move to your chosen response after each
statement that I will show you.
4. Justify your answer.

Procedure:
1. The class will divide into 4 groups.
2. Each group will assign leader to lead and justify their output

1. Group the class into four (5 to 6 members)
2. Make a simple meal plan for breakfast and lunch.
3. Make sure that it is suited to the needs of adolescence like you.
4. Make sure that you choose the right and nutritious food.
5. Paste your output on the board and presented it by the leader.
