All transfers shall be processed in accordance

with and subject to the Bank’s system &
regulations. Prior to providing a money
exchange, remittance or foreign exchange
service, the Bank will provide to the Customer a
General Terms detail of fees, the Bank’s agent’s fees, and
& Conditions
applicable costs of transaction which may be
(Section 8 -
Point No. 1) amended by the Bank from time to time and
may not be all known prior to initiating any
transaction. The Customer has the right to
request readily available information and any
further clarification needed before confirming
the transaction.
