AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY

We, Armando Mercado Jr., Spouses Tirso Moga and Liwayway M. Moga, and
Jerry M. Mercado, all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Barangay San Josep, Laur,
Nueva Ecija, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state THAT:

1. We are a qualified clients of the Public Attorney’s Office and

intend to file an answer with compulsory counterclaim and third-party
complaint on the civil case filed against us by Spouses Rizalino M.
Mercado and Flordeliza V. Mercado;
2. We and the immediate members of our family do not earn a
gross income more than an amount double the monthly minimum
wage of an employee;
3. We have no work and no means of livelihood;
4. We do not own any real property with a fair market value of
more than Three Hundred Thousand pesos (PhP300,000.00);
5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and to be exempted from the payment of filing fees
and other docket fee incidental to the institution of the above-
mentioned answer.

1. We personally know Armando Mercado Jr., Spouses Tirso

Moga and Liwayway M. Moga, and Jerry M. Mercado because we are
all residents of Barangay San Josep, Laur, Nueva Ecija;

2. Being barrio mates, they have no work and no means of

livelihood;

3. We know for a fact that Armando Mercado Jr., Spouses Tirso

Moga and Liwayway M. Moga, Jerry M. Mercado and the immediate
members of their family do not earn a gross income more than an
amount double the monthly minimum wage of an employee;

4. Armando Mercado Jr., Spouses Tirso Moga and Liwayway M.

Moga, and Jerry M. Mercado do not own real property/ies with a fair
market value of more than Three Hundred Thousand Pesos
(PhP300,000.00);

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and to substantiate the allegations of Armando
Mercado Jr., Spouses Tirso Moga and Liwayway M. Moga, and Jerry M.
Mercado that they are members of an indigent family.
