Trường hợp khách hàng là tổ chức, người Việt Nam định cư ở nước ngoài hoặc là người
nước ngoài thì sẽ áp dụng phương thức thanh toán chuyển khoản.
In case where the Customer is an organization or a Vietnamese residing aboard or a
foreigner, the wire transfer payment method shall be applied.
3. Khách hàng theo đây đăng ký tham gia chương trình của Công Ty Cổ phần Kinh Doanh
Nhà Nova (“Novahomes”) nhằm được quyền ưu tiên giữ chỗ giao dịch sản phẩm bất động
sản thuộc dự án trên khu đất diện tích ha tại (Dự án )/The
Customer agrees to participate in the Nova Homes Trading Joint Stock Company
(“Novahomes”)’s registration event to get the priority right in performing transactions
with respect to project on the land area of ha, located at (

Trường hợp Khách hàng đăng ký sản phẩm nêu trên thuộc diện ưu tiên thì sẽ hoàn tất thủ
tục chuyển tiền đăng ký quyền ưu tiên giữ chỗ thành tiền đặt cọc theo quy định tại Giấy Đặt
Cọc (như định nghĩa bên dưới) (“Thủ Tục Chuyển”):
In case where the Customer(s) is/are of the top priorities, he/she/they is/are obliged to
complete the procedures for transformation of the amount of the priority reservation
registration into the deposit amount under the Deposit Form (as defined below)
(“Transformation Procedures”):
 Khách hàng ưu tiên 1: đảm bảo hoàn tất Thủ Tục Chuyển trong khung giờ 09:00 sáng
– 10:00 sáng ngày ……/……/…………
First priority: completion of the procedures for the Transformation Procedures at

 Khách hàng ưu tiên 2: đảm bảo hoàn tất Thủ Tục Chuyển trong khung giờ 10:00 sáng

 Sau 11:00 sáng ngày ……/……/…………, Khách hàng không hoàn tất Thủ Tục Chuyển,
Khách hàng đồng ý rằng quyền ưu tiên của Khách hàng đối với sản phẩm hết hiệu lực, theo
đó, Novahomes có quyền đưa sản phẩm nêu trên giao dịch với các khách hàng khác.
After 11:00 am date of ……………………, the Customer(s) fail(s) to complete the
Transformation Procedures, the Customer’s priority right with respect to the above real
estate is expired, accordingly, Novahomes has the right to make transaction on the above
real estate with the third party.
4. Phiếu đăng ký này có hiệu lực từ ngày lập được ghi bên trên cho đến hết ngày:

This Registration Form comes into effect as from the signing date first written above until

5. Xử lý tiền đăng ký quyền ưu tiên giữ chỗ/ Dealing with the amount for priority reservation
registration:
- Trường hợp Khách hàng quyết định ký Giấy đặt cọc hoặc văn bản tương đương (sau
đây được gọi lại “Giấy Đặt Cọc”) và hoàn lại bản gốc Phiếu đăng ký này cho
Novahomes thì toàn bộ Tiền đăng ký quyền ưu tiên giữ chỗ nêu trên sẽ được kết
chuyển thành tiền đặt cọc theo quy định tại Giấy Đặt Cọc.
If the Customer decides to sign the deposit form or equivalent form (hereafter called
as “Deposit Form”) and return this Registration Form’s original copy to
Novahomes, then, the amount for priority reservation registration shall be
transformed into the deposit amount under the Deposit Form.
- Trường hợp Khách hàng không thể ký kết Giấy Đặt Cọc vì bất kỳ lý do gì (bao gồm
nhưng không giới hạn việc Khách hàng không còn nhu cầu giao dịch sản phẩm hoặc
không trúng quyền được giữ chỗ), thì Novahomes sẽ hoàn trả Tiền đăng ký quyền ưu
tiên giữ chỗ (không lãi suất) cho Khách hàng trong vòng 07 (bảy) ngày kể từ ngày
Khách hàng (i) hoàn trả bản gốc Phiếu đăng ký quyền ưu tiên giữ chỗ, Phiếu thu tiền,
và (ii) điền đầy đủ thông tin, nộp Phiếu xác nhận và đề nghị hoàn tiền cho
Novahomes.
If the Customer fails to sign the Deposit Form for any reason (including without
limitation to the fact that Customer no longer demands to purchase products or have
not got the right to reserve), then Novahomes shall refund the amount of the priority
reservation registration (without interest) to the Customer within 07 (seven) days as
from (i) Customer return this Registration Form’s original copy and invoices to
Novahomes, and (ii) fill in and submit the confirmation and refund request form to
Novahomes.
6. Phiếu đăng ký này không có giá trị chuyển nhượng hoặc đảm bảo cho bất kỳ nghĩa vụ thanh
toán nào khác. Thông tin của Khách hàng trên Phiếu đăng ký này là cố định và sẽ được
chuyển tiếp khi Khách hàng ký kết Giấy Đặt Cọc với Novahomes.
This Registration Form is non-transferable or not able to be secured for any other payment
obligation. Customer’s information on this Registration Form shall be fixed and
transferred into the Deposit Form at the signing date thereof with Novahomes.
7. Phiếu đăng ký này lập thành 02 (hai) bản gốc song ngữ Anh – Việt, mỗi bên giữ 01 (một)
bản gốc. Khách hàng đã hiểu rõ đầy đủ quyền và lợi ích liên quan khi xác lập, ký kết và
thực hiện Phiếu đăng ký này. Nếu có sự khác biệt giữa nội dung tiếng Việt và bản tiếng
Anh, thì nội dung tiếng Việt được ưu tiên áp dụng.

This Registration Form shall be made in 02 (two) bilingual original copies in Vietnamese
and English, each party keeps 01 (one) original copy. The Customer has been well aware of
the rights and interests of establishing, signing and performance of this Registration Form.
The Parties agree that in case there is any discrepancy between the English and
Vietnamese contents, the Vietnamese contents shall prevail.
