Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I Mr. Nikko N. Gorne, a grade 9 teacher of Mangas-as Integrated School

would like to ask for a permission to allow your sons and daughters to go to school
on next Saturday 8:00 A.M. December 23, 2023 for a special math class to be done
by our guest student teacher Ms. Joanna Mae Blanco.

The students will receive snacks and lunch to fill their stomachs, and a
compensation of 100 pesos per students as a thank you gift for their presence.

This consent would also emphasize that whatever will happen to the student
beyond the premise of the school, going outside without the permission of the
teacher, probably mishaps after the program is not covered nor under the
responsibility of either the speakers or the school.
