Authorization for Leendon S. Gelborion to Obtain SK TIN from BIR on Behalf of the
Council

WHEREAS, the Sanggunigang Kabataan Barangay Bug-ot recognizes the need for timely
acquisition of SK TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) from the Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR);

WHEREAS, Leendon S. Gelborion has been designated as the authorized representative to

obtain the SK TIN on behalf of the council;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby authorizes Leendon S.

Gelborion to act as the council's representative and obtain the SK TIN from the Bureau of
Internal Revenue;

FURTHER RESOLVED, that Leendon S. Gelborion is granted the authority to submit, sign, and
collect any necessary documents required by the BIR for the issuance of the SK TIN;

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to Leendon S.

Gelborion and the Bureau of Internal Revenue for their reference and compliance.
