‫ﻱ ﻧﻭﻉ ﻣﻥ‬‫ﻓﺈﻥ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻷﻁﻌﻣﺔ ﺻﺣﻳّﺔٌ ﺟﺩﺍً‪ ،‬ﻭﻻ ﺗُﺳﺑّﺏ ﺃ ّ‬ ‫ﻭﻳﺗﻧﺎﻭﻟﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻠّﺣﻭﻡ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﻳﻭﺍﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻳﺭﺑّﻭﻧﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺑﺎﻹﺟﻣﺎﻝ ّ‬ ‫ﻭﻳﺗﻧﺎﻭﻟﻭ‬

‫ﻳﻭﻡ ﻁﻭﻳ ٍﻝ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻣﻝ ﻳﺟﻌﻝ‬‫ﻓﺈﻥ ّﺭﺟﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﺷﺧﺹ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺯﻝ ﻣﻧﻬﻛﺎ ً ﺑﻌﺩ ٍ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻭﻳّﺎﺕ ﻟﻛ ّﻝ ﺷﺧﺹ‪ ،‬ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺗّﺎﻟﻲ ّ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻭﻅﻳﻔﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻷ‬
