consumers of all ages. Our business concept revolves around

regular taste tests and quality checks to guarantee a high-quality

product and observe proper sanitation during the process of making

the product.

To increase awareness, create interest, and generate sales for the

business through regular classroom visits and roaming promotions

within the school premises.

To ensure consistent product availability and maximize sales within

the school premises. We aim to achieve a weekly sales volume of at

Cheezum is specializing a unique and tasty snacks made

from ripe bananas that are mashed, mixed with cheese, and formed

into bite-sized balls. These healthy and convenient snack does not

contain any preservatives. Each ball is packed with natural

sweetness fiber and essential nutrients, making it a perfect on-the-

go snack for people of all ages.

A healthy lifestyle. Cheezum offers a healthier alternative to

traditional processed snacks. Bananas are a great source of

potassium, vitamin C, and dietary fiber which support heart health,

digestion, and overall well-being. The addition of cheese provides

essential fatty acids, protein, and additional nutrients, making it a

well-rounded snack option.

The target market of our product Cheezum are the students

inside the campus as well as the teachers who are interested to buy

our product and giving them satisfaction that they want.

According to Greenville (2019), our country, the Philippines,

is one of the top banana producers in the world. 65% of our total

production is consumed by our local market. 16.5% of which goes to

the global banana chips market. 45.5% of the local produce goes to

our wet market and groceries as table bananas.

G. Channels of Distribution

Appropriate distribution channel for selling in school.

School Events. Sell your products during school events, such as

sport games, fundraiser, or parent-teacher meeting.

H. Promotion

Promoting our product can be done through various marketing

strategies, such as:

1. Social Media Marketing. Creating engaging and visually

appealing content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and

Twitter. Share mouth-watering images of our product, customer

testimonials, and special offers.

2. We will use posters and billboards. This is for customers who

walk near our shop know more about our product and service.

3. We will encourage customers. Encourage the use of word of

mouth publicity from our loyal customers.

4. We will use Double Offers. This is to entice buyers to

purchase two or more products at the same time for a single

price.

We are selling a handmade product for sale. We ensure that

the tools we use to make our products are clean, and we produce

them in our own homes. We use knife, whisk, mixer, spoon, big bowl,

measuring cups, frying pan, and chopping board to prepare the

product.

E. Location

We sell our product Cheezum to the School Campus of Alabel

National High School. Many students don’t bring food to school, or

they just don’t want to. Our product is very helpful to both students

and teachers who enjoy food. We are in the Senior High School

Building, third floor, section Polaris.

F. Raw Materials

Raw materials are substances used in the primary production

or manufacturing of goods. Raw materials are often referred to as

commodities, which are bought and sold on commodities exchanges

worldwide. Raw materials are bought and sold in what it is called the

factor market because raw materials are factors of production along

with the labor and capital. The following are the raw materials used

C. Duties and Responsibilities

Manager/Owner. Managers are those who focus on hiring/firing

employees, training programs, PR and marketing, process optimization,

etc.

Accountant. Accountants prepare accounts and tax returns, audits

financial information, compiles and presents reports, budgets, business

plans, commentaries, and financial statements.

Executive Chef. Responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring

the quality of food items.

Assistant Manager. Assistant manager is responsible for assisting the

general manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.

Sales Manager. This role has a robust set of responsibilities, including

developing the company’s sales strategy, setting sales goals, and

tracking sales performance analytic.

Production Manager. Responsible for allocating labor resources,

tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure

everything runs smoothly.

Marketing Manager. They gathers and analyzes information to identify

new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and

efficacy of existing market campaigns and strategies.

Shift Supervisor. In most cases, they maintain work standards,

supervise other employees during their shifts, and handle customer

complaints.

Cook. Takes care of all cooking processes – from the preparation to the

way it is served. Help the restaurant determine how much food and

supplies need to be ordered.

Assistant Cook. Assistant cook provide support to chefs and have

duties such as maintaining supplies, handling leftovers, preparing food,

testing new recipes, cleaning the kitchen, keeping cooking utensils

organized, plating dishes.

Dishwasher. Apart from being responsible for the dishes hygiene,

dishwashers take care of the garbage and the kitchen cleaning as well.
