A. Content Standard
The learners demonstrate understanding of the parts and functions of the
sense of organs of the human body.

B. Performance standard

The learners should be able to practice helpful habits in taking care of the
sense of organs.

The learner should be able to describe the parts and functions of the sense
of organs of the human body. (S32T-IIa-b-i)

I. OBJECTIVES:
At the of the 40-minute lesson, the learners should be able to:
a. Identify the four different tastes sensed by the tongue
b. Label the four different tastes on the parts of the tongue, and
c. Give the importance of taking good care of the tongue in everyday living.
