Re: Caripol within AMERIPOL as an international Agency and the encompassing constraint

Legal Tenets of Caripol as a multi-public subsidiary or imprint of AMERIPOL

(1) The sole headquarters of Caripol shall be located in Antigua and Barbuda while the sole
headquarters of AMERIPOL will be located in the Bahamas with zone district offices
located within twelve (12) zone imprints to be established by AMERIPOL is a
hemispheric police Agency under INTERPOL protection,
(2) Succeeding the atomic demolition of Lower Manhattan in New York City, its totality, the
city of New York will be placed under AMERIPOL emergency order without contradicting
its loyalty to INTERPOL and without denying the strong Caribbean presence noted in
New York City as part of any negotiation effort,
(3) There shall be no effort to demote Caripol as being of no jurisdictional power focused on
the enforcement of regional laws supposed of the future nominal Caribbean Parliament
as a fundamental organ of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) under ethical
continental constraints,
(4) There shall be no fusion of conventional and new age jurisprudence which evacuates
the convention of liberalism, common law doctrinal practice, and civil law mitigation
without detriment to any Member State within,
(5) Caripol shall be considered a peculiar imprint within the INTERPOL family which shall
never allow for any law enforcement actor which is private in interpretation or
employment of law and protections,
(6) There shall be no policymaking forum or such of CARICOM which replaces substantive
and/or constitutional law as superseding in the development of, implementation of, and
compliance with comprehensive policies (and protocols),
(7) There shall be no corporation or other entity partnering with the multi-public Agency
(Caripol) upon its establishment which shall covertly rule over, formally govern, or
misapply any task, contract, or directive of Caripol in serving as the future leading law
enforcement Agency of the regional basin area;
(8) Caripol shall have a permanent office and fixed sub-office(s) within the future Caribbean
Regional Government (also to be known as the CARICOM Government of CARICOM
Governance), and
(9) Caripol shall work with federal liaisons from the United States Government to ensure that
the Commonwealth of Dominica as the future inaugural Associate State of the United
States, as being within the American system at that point, is compliant with American
doctrinal policy, the independence of the Commonwealth of Dominica, and respect for
the regional framework of law and government.
