Legal Tenets of the Reconstruction of the Entirety of Europe in prioritizing Ukraine and minority
protection, concerning both immigrant and traditional communities

(1) There ought to be no impediment to the humble but effective Americanization of Europe
via the European Union expansion endeavor and NATO as protective of social liberalism
and free market principles denoting a democratic mass only invested in representative
government,
(2) The remnants of Russia as dominant in Eastern Europe, in deciding the respective
politics covertly and by expressed means, and in contrasting the ambitions of Western
Europe as ultra-humanist and democratic, shall not be dissolved egregiously or
unethically and shall not lead to any [ethical] cultural favor Russia has provided to the
rest of Europe,
(3) The Russian Federation (Russia) will be reformed imminently and definitively over the
next three (3) decades into being social democratic without contrast in political
argumentation, capitalist of regulated measures by popular standard, and motivated by
entering and remaining preserved within the European Union (EU) with the rest of
Eastern Europe,
(4) There is no corporation of American identity, ownership, or management or any
associable private office, position, or entity which shall decide the politics and laws of
any European country; the future stature of Scotland as independent, sovereign, and an
Associate State of the United States shall not deprive the United States Government its
right to help motivate perfective development and operations without authoritizing
corporate governance over Government and/or its constituency in Europe,
(5) The minority enrichment program of NATO, which is now being negotiated by the Central
Intelligence Agency (CIA), INTERPOL, and NATO members, shall allow
African-American agents, trained under ethical standards (a guaranteed success of
imminence) to serve as the pre-dominant management staff of NATO toward ensuring
the safety, institutional development, enfranchisement, and popular acceptance of
minorities in Europe, both immigrant and indigenous Europeans, ethnic and
 socio-political, due to the social and political training African-Americans have received,
under victimhood and negligence, over the past five hundred years (five centuries) and
in addressing NATO’s traditional but silent ban on Black stewardship within North Atlantic
Treaty Organization (NATO) forces (now documented as a bonafide fact which imposed
misery on those who witnessed the depravity in treatment it allowed onto
African-American and other minority military personnel),
(6) European NATO personnel, in being hired by the American Government to provide
expert security and intelligence to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in integrating the
Americas in a country and hemisphere still abundant with factions isolationist in
messaging, customs, promotion, and endeavors, shall not serve to refute or rebut the
above reality in being privileged by their hire and happiness in the United States,
(7) The European continent upon reconstruction, including Ukraine and in prioritizing the
encompassing Eastern Europe, will serve as the product of a project based on the
Nordic model (Scandinavian model) which allows for General Welfare predominance,
financial and economic security, and income subsidization, though without shocking or
exceptional focus on superficial edifices as a deal with the rest of the world via the
intelligence and security community, indeed, toward the non-financial and non-abusive
payment of perceived moral debt associated with the support of the African slave trade
of the past, the ban on African infrastructural and diplomatic development as legitimate
policy, the ban on African immigrants and migrants, the ban on African corporations
being allowed to conduct business in Eastern Europe, and the ban on any support to
dissolve the borders of respect, via EU consideration, specifically for denying
commendable entrance and standard privileges to Afro-Europeans (Black Europeans,
both immigrant and European born individuals) in Western Europe,
(8) The tribal communities in Europe, including those from the Siberian steppes of Russia,
shall be supported by North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and European Union
(EU) policies which shall not deny their peculiarities, including ethical customs, and shall
not deprive North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the European Union (EU)
from thorough racial, ethnic, national, gender, cultural, and religious diversity in staff
membership and subordinate spaces, and
(9) There shall be no value in the operation of any European construct devised or effective
toward subverting the genuine operation of the Government of the United States or its
subordinates.
