Pre-notes:

(1) 50,000 North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) agents will be trained to be posted in
the United States under sensible and respectful covers and toward protecting (a) the
future Union of the Americas’ (UA’s) sovereignty against other continents’ in-orderly
ambitions and (b) the security of Shawn Dexter John as Chief Manager of the United
States Government and its Partnerships and as the Chief Auditor of the North Atlantic
Treaty Organization (NATO).
(2) Shawn Dexter John is not removing himself from the United States and no mechanism,
entity, or person shall remove him (Shawn Dexter John) from the United States (more
specifically, the state of Florida)
(3) UN Security Council requested statement: All powers of Government shall respect the
right of the United States to accept the permanence of its secret non-deportation policy
(ensured covertly) and to remove all egregious and coercive American isolationists,
meaning those who refuse to accept the Constitution’s protection of the human rights of
all occupants within the United States, to Canada for permanent re-education purposes
per the instructions of the Chief Manager of the United States and its Partnerships in
referencing the individual authentically known as Shawn Dexter John.
(4) Canada isn't a reference to Ontario, California or to any part (or sector) of New York or
elsewhere outside the conventionally understood borders of the sovereign nation-state
of Canada.

Legal and Political Tenets of the Americanization of Canada as a fundamental prerogative of

Americana and the INTERPOL and Central Intelligence Agency Partnership

(1) There shall be no nominalization of Canada into the unitary United States’ political
system unlike the American territories and, without removing their sovereignty and
international independence, future Associate States of the United States,
(2) There shall be no egregious decline in the African, Asian, European, and hemispheric
emigration or travel to the federation of Canada,
 (3) There shall be no prerogative of Canada or the United States, implied, covertly
promoted, or expressed, which shall serve to terrorize individual(s) and/or
infrastructure(s) lawfully dissenting against or toward the cultural Americanization of
Canada for global operative reasons and toward disclosing the reality that Canada has
always been an American Government project classified for three centuries at this point,
(4) All purposes of Canadian investments in the United States economy and diplomatic
protocols and vice versa shall be accredited toward, only, both countries’ genuine
interest of commendable aptitude and shall not regress the cultural and constitutional
supremacy of Canadianism in Canada as of a peculiar breed of nationality, socialization,
and heritage appreciated, protected, and enriched by the American project and cause,
(5) If any purpose of debt is intended or is endured toward improving the co-operation of
both States, the economic system of the Americas, both private and public, both
domestic and multi-public, both bank and trust related, shall serve to prioritize, as with
every other domestic or partnership system within the hemisphere of fundamental (or
complemental) purpose, shall serve to remove the related burdens deemed
overwhelming as best as possible without defrauding the institutional and coded system,
(6) There shall be no accord, directive, order, decree, policy, or agreement which serves to
stall, impede, or preclude the United States, Canada, and Mexico’s plan to install three
(3) National Football League (NFL) teams in Toronto (in 2026 permanently), Quebec City
(in 2048), and Mexico City (in 2048),
(7) There ought to be no regression into any isolationist stance as a policy of the United
States Government; though the political perspective of the multiple political parties and
all ethical factions are allowed, our belief in free trade, free movement, security pacts,
and diplomacy amongst international friends (nation-States and Territories) shall be
respected as fundamental and constitutional toward no borders and global wealth as
even innocent envy brews dissent to success, as Jesus Christ and Heaven are envied
by the anger of disenfranchised subjects, sometimes into demonism, as we would say,
(8) All policies of the Canadian government and subordinates, as audited by Shawn Dexter
John and several college students from Yale University, are confirmed as literate, toward
incorporating a commendable series of enriching sub-partnerships, in competent
socialization theories, in free enterprise ethos, and in democratic values, and
(9) There shall be no communist or authoritarian multi-public governance structure designed
in correlation with any peculiar or familiar council, office, position, or other concept
devised toward the proper operation or superintendence of economic, political, and/or
social agreement(s) within the Americas, whether prioritizing North America or not.
