*Barack Hussein Obama Jr.'s claim that he created the Summit of the Americas and the Free
Trade Area of the Americas (concept) are clear lies. My INTERPOL trainers, in harnessing
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) protocols and capabilities (as network partner), did create
both concepts and did orchestrate their current/future manifestations as a minor to ensure that I
would feel comfortable integrating the Americas into Union as one of the five exclusive future
Security Council members (a solution to global peace, meaning in hosting permanently only five
continental Unions in perfective representation of all General Assembly Member States, with no
independent Member State seated) and for enabling me in representing the respective
neo-continent and the United States (within) as the first President of the World Government of
the UN (meaning, World President) in twenty (20) years.

ADDENDUM PROVIDING THE LEGAL, MANAGERIAL, AND POLITICAL TENETS OF THE

IMPENDING FREE TRADE AND ECONOMIC AREA OF THE AMERICAS AS
CO-OPERATIVE WITH THE CONSTITUTION OF ThE UNITED STATES AND THE
CONSTITUTIONS OF ALL OTHER HEMISPHERIC NATION-STATES:

(1) The [Free Trade and] Economic Area of the Americas [EAA] has no predecessor and
shall effect no successory Free Trade Area of the Americas in motivating immediately,
within two (2) decades of its inception in two (2) years, the future Union of the Americas
of exceedingly exceptional economic and political competencies and an endurable
Constitutive Charter; it shall serve as the foundation to the economic and financial
system of the Union of the Americas (UA) upon its inception in two and a half (2.5,
meaning 2 ½) decades;
(2) There shall be no inhibition of free trade denoted as being without obstructive economic
barriers; all mechanisms implemented into the system of the EAA to prohibit or inhibit
criminal activity, with no policy aimed at or made purposed with obstructing the freedom
and fluency of movement, shall not serve to depreciate the effectiveness of the Americas
as an economic hemisphere of some political identity (contemporarily) and as the future
bonafide Union of the Americas (UA);
(3) There ought to be no Act of Congress or any other national legislature which aims to
prohibit this fundamental pursuit, clearly in-abhorrent to our Constitution in being
 thoroughly complementary (General Welfare and Commercial Clauses) and supportive
of its [exponential] positive effect;
(4) There shall be no trade and/or economic agreement with any external country (meaning
one not within the Organization of American States [OAS]) or Union which inhibits the
fundamental or advanced nature of the proposed EAA, an Economic Area certain to be
ratified within two (2) years without conceivable doubt and with Governance employed
under Organization of American States directives;
(5) There shall be no other concept of agreement or arrangement, social, economic,
cultural, expeditious, or political, which inhibits the fundamental or advanced nature of
the proposed EAA or any addendum (or supplement);
(6) Tertiary initiatives, meaning colleges, universities, and professional schools, shall be
endorsed toward teaching astutely the powers of the impending EAA, toward helping
define the non-breaching protocols of national governments in remaining compliant with
all legal and economic tenets of the respective Free Trade and Economic Agreement of
the Americas governing the respective continental Economic Area being formed, and
toward assisting government in communicating to the public the benefits and rights
which are guaranteed or complemented by the terms of the [respective] Agreement (and
its effect);
(7) There shall be no delay intended, communicated, or interpreted within the terms of the
future EAA with respect to (meaning, concerning, with this denotation stated here in
rejecting argument[s] that my slight and natural evolution of terminology usage over the
past decade or so reflects multiple authors, clearly [a] a national security breach of duty,
[b] a clear falsehood/falsity, and [c] another absurdity debunked without offending any
constitutional order of government);
(8) The headquarters of the future [Free Trade and] Economic Area of the Americas (EAA)
shall be located in the city of Miami, Florida (and shall be opened immediately upon
Economic Agreement signing within two [2] years, meaning within twenty-four [24]
months); and
(9) There shall be no Council of the Americas or such which precedes or replaces the future
Union of the Americas (UA); the Union of the Americas, without belittling nation-states
and their correlating Constitutions, shall operate and function as perpetual expressly,
officially, and with subordination accepted by all Member States and Territories; the
prerogatives of world peace, effectual global diplomacy, neighborliness, and the
economization of all infrastructures within the Americas, as an enabler of the global
economy and financial market shall not be challenged; the Free Trade and Economic
Agreement of the Americas and the corresponding EAA shall communicate this intent
and pursuit clinically without unlawful discretion and shall be governed by the General
Assembly of the United Nations [UN] (UNGA).

Sub-Addendum:

*(10) There shall be no pursuit to bar the Republic of Cuba from democratizing thoroughly (in
installing and certifying multiple political parties) and from joining the Economic Area of the
Americas (EAA), and
(11) The [de-materialization] demolition of [Lower] Manhattan and [central] Moscow will occur in
two (2) to three (3) months without impeding the EAA's signing in/within two (2) years. This
legal tenet of policy was requested stated in simple but technical form by the United Nations
(UN) Security Council for evacuation purposes.
