Work Paper (CIA): A Brief Foundation to the Federation (Union) of the Americas

I have come across a statement on the Enterprise for the Americas Initiative, as operated in
pursuance to federal laws, in subsequently having briefed its content, in being of an exceptional

those ends and even more so a commendable resolve of at least abstract conciliatory efforts
where-ever the proven logic substantially supports one leaning over the other polar end, as I
have predicted, applied segmentally. Integrationists aren't absolute in their convictions though
without refutation on their honest intent and belief.

When in response to these basic conclusions in rebutting any wrongful conjecture of

government supposition, as I am certain that many may have misinterpreted the North American
Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) (update: now abolished) as foundational or complementary to
the preferred Americas plan once hidden within government circles, in having falsely supposed
that a free trade area of the Americas was perpetually dissolved, it ought to be noted that we
are around the corner, maybe within a handful of years, in establishing a comprehensive
economic association of the Americas, to support and identify itself with the Organization of
American States (OAS), in manifesting the idea of a free trade and economic area protected by
a political Union of the Americas. There ought to be no loyalty which would have that we cannot
build upon, re-adapt, or re-comprehend, prudently, the older conclusions held by past
executives on any matter approaching relations of two (2) or more kinds. Essentially, I cannot
conclude that any concise audit of our neighbors, under any initiative, has ever diminished the

However, we have to look forward.

I have discerned that no initiative signed or agreed upon by any President, however the
