Legal and Political Tenets of Free Market, Open Border, and Free Enterprise Directives as
fundamental to the Order of Integration in collectively constituting Global Capitalism under
Regulation

Legal and Political Tenets of relation are as follows:

(1) Free Market principles, Free Enterprise principles applied at domestic and
extra-domestic levels, and Open Borders shall be the future and never of the past
(paradigmatically); the Agency’s articulation of this reality, domestically and globally, shall
not be refuted by any agency or other organ of the United States Government in
respecting the clear intent of the Constitution of the United States on international treaty
and economic matters with the former Articles of Confederation a silent communicator of
this intersective understanding,
(2) Capitalism under discreet and nominal regulation specifically for deterring unethical and
inhuman activism or activity shall be denoted as fundamental to hemispheric and global
integration and the Government systems administering their securement and positive
effect,
(3) Any and all laws and policies of Government, national and supranational, shall be
expressive in protecting open borders as the imminent condition of modern society at the
various levels where not yet achieved and shall protect this condition toward its
perfection and its perfective role in cultivating a global society based on principles of
liberty and civil protection,
(4) All mechanisms of Government and industry shall adhere to assisting the complemental
and direct motivation of free movement in protecting free enterprise, free market
principles, and open orders, toward the wealth development of the hemispheric and
global community, and toward the social and political protection of all populations in
inducing the greatest possible extent without deterring, depreciating, or dissolving
fundamental and/or essential human rights (and corporate ethics) protections,
(5) Capitalist doctrines shall not be denoted as innately abusive by any Government
agency; however, no government organ or associate, contracted or otherwise, shall
impede or deter the fundamental nature and power of achieved ethical regulatory codes
 and domestic and international legislation in refining and perfecting the free movement
and [domestic and multilateral] circulation of wealth, services, professional opportunities
and contracts (under either conventional or niche standard each), capital (monies,
financial instruments, and, as items including crypto-currency, property representation),
and resources,
(6) Humanism shall serve as the constraint for the highly efficient and organized capitalist
system of the world, predicated on free trade, open borders, social liberalism, political
unions, regulations (per free market principles), and the movement to and achievement
of World Government of the United Nations (UN),
(7) There shall be no law, policy, or protocol which shall deny any individual the full and
equal expression, employment, and application of all economic, political, and social
rights devised toward movement, economic, and legal emancipation against hate,
arbitrary restrictions, unethical procedures of government and industry, and illicit
discrimination,
(8) There shall be no disregard of any official communication of Government or industry,
whether small business, proprietorship, or corporate, that which addresses government
work, policy, and/or industry (and/or social) relation, and
(9) There is no public power or privilege devised by Government or society in general
respectively which shall reward any aggression in industry or in government toward any
financial or economic appreciation (via concrete action or policy) which negates or
breaches social responsibility, ethics, and/or nominal law whether conducted based on
social custom(s) of certain faction(s) or not (meaning otherwise).
