The Legal and Political Tenets of the (1) Initiatives of the Americas (IA) including the Directive to
Abolish Poverty, Hunger, Demographic Health Risks or Depravities (mental, nutrition, and
physiological), and Homelessness and (2) Supplemental Agreements and Protocols [both] with
respect to the Americas with a formidable foundation nurtured in the state of Florida

The related Legal and Political Tenets are as follows:

(1) There shall be no initiative of the Americas which does not recognize the new flag of the
Americas which shall be associated with the future [Free Trade and] Economic Area of
the Americas (EAA), one simplified, one denoting blue and green as predominant, and
one recognizing the future Free Trade and Economic Agreement of the Americas
(FTEAA),
(2) There shall be no law, policy, prerogative, or priority, of nation, region, or hemisphere,
which shall deny the directive to end homelessness, abject poverty, and hunger
throughout the totality of the Americas with the state of Florida perfective as the lead
template within,
(3) There shall be no mode of conduct which shall deny the popularization of the term
Americas toward political, social, and economic identification and toward classifying all
residents of the Americas as official denizens for the purposes of public diplomacy and
social services,
(4) There shall be no denial of any social service made affordable to any resident within the
Americas (American and non-American, hemispheric-born or old worlder at birth) with
respect to the official and standard benefits and privileges afforded to any focus or
industry in accordance with the terms of the future FTEAA,
(5) All provisions of law and decree (order or mandate) must agree with the tenets of the
United Nations (UN) chartering documents and must help prepare, complement, or
pursue incorporation within the future Constitution of the Americas (“CofA” or “COA”),
(6) There shall be no policy or plight of government or Civil Society (or otherwise) which
shall deny the world or the Americas within the right to the systematization of financial,
social, and political cooperatives for supporting the General Welfare and Order of
Integration provisions being prepared of the Constitution of the Americas (“CofA” or
“COA”); the systematization and any activity (or activism) of such cooperatives or
separate entities shall not breach the sovereignty of the respective country-of-operation,
however, there shall be no political sovereignty or prosecutorial (or other judicial, legal,
or law enforcement) immunity provided to any private entity, cooperative or otherwise, or
any public office holder (or agency),
(7) The prerogatives of Government, Civil Society, and the General Public which lead to
providing healthy consumptions of food and medication shall support the adopted and
effectual argument that no individual or demographic instance of the lack of food and
medication/medicine nutrition shall be allowed, promoted, or made note of by any act or
action of Government, Civil Society, or the population-at-large,
(8) There may be no ascension provided to any mandate or purpose of government (or
socialization) which shall improve any ill effect, maleficent deficiency,
un-constitutionalism, or disorder of the status quo, and
(9) There shall be no literate or effectual articulation of power, moderacy, or humilty which
shall offset any constitutional and human rights principle generally protected or
enumerated precisely within the terms of the respective Constitution and/or the
Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Charter.
