Legal and Political Tenets of the United States Directive to develop the American infrastructure
of Puerto Rico toward engaging its political and economic attributes with the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) and an ascendable infrastructure (as its new inductee as Member
Territory), communicated by Shawn Dexter John, a Florida resident and an American citizen
(and clearly the Chief Manager of the United States Government and its Partnerships), a
professional genius focused on global issues of political and jurisprudential competency
nominally, including of this concentration

The Legal and Political Tenets are as follows:

(1) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico serves as an official territory of the United States
within the Eastern Caribbean, an island territory occupied predominantly by natural born
citizens of Puerto Rico who are simultaneously, via automation, American citizens
(meaning official United States citizens) upon their biological birth in Puerto Rico or
biological birth to Puerto Rican parent(s) abroad; the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
shall be noted as incorporated, alongside any and all other territories of the United
States into the United States system without deviations separating Constitutional and
other federal rights, protections, and benefits,
(2) The capital city of San Juan, Puerto Rico shall serve as an American city in the
Caribbean region, in political stature and corporate culture, but it shall serve as distinctly
Caribbean in helping lead and motivate the exponential growth of the regional financial,
hospitality, and banking infrastructure which will associate itself with the Free Trade and
Economic Area of the Americas (EAA) in 2026,
(3) The superficial endeavors of corporate actors and Government with respect to San Juan,
Puerto, whether of edificial focus or service based, shall not serve to depreciate,
conceal, or minimize the breadth of capital astuteness, competence, and globalist
prerogatives of CARICOM and its Associates,
(4) There shall be no policy or protocol of Government or Civil Society, multi-public or
national (in nature or complexity), which shall regress the priority of the Central
Intelligence Agency (CIA) and INTERPOL to ensure that free movement and open
borders within, into, and out of the Caribbean region as well as the remainder of the
Americas will not result in any violation of economic, political, and social rights, ones
which must not allow for any theory or prerogative protecting extremism
comprehensively undermining the constitutional powers of the United Nations (UN)
presently and, in two (2) decades, as World Government,
(5) The articulation and focus on Caribbean issues by any Office of the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) and/or INTERPOL, partnership or individual, shall not deprive any other
sector or geographic constraint of the Americas or the globe as illusory or of less
humanist value in the grand scheme of our operation and function as an intelligence and
security community under formality (meaning nominalism without any mandate of mere
ceremonial stature),
(6) There shall be no initiative, based on law or custom not denoted as in breach, which
shall serve to dissolve the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) or the future
encompassing Union of the Americas (UA) and shall not serve to support, allow, or
articulate by government (supranational or national/federal or otherwise) an associate
stature of CARICOM to any European, African, Asian, South American, or Pacific
sovereign nation (or political community, Union or otherwise),
(7) The five (5) continental Union prerogative isn't dissolvable and there is no educated
argument which could suppose this or the superior viability of the model consistently
presented by Shawn Dexter John (the author of this series of Work Papers, meaning
myself),
(8) No assent shall be given to any term which deprives the United States Government of
exclusively addressing all United States federal and local matters concerning the
American territories of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands in becoming
Member Territories of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) without breaching
treat(ies)including those territor(ies) as parties designing supranational laws not
unethical or preclusive in intent and/or effect, and
(9) The models purporting a Eurasian Union, the Caribbean as part of the Pacific, and Africa
split in three unions or such are clearly illusory, incompetent, non-scientific and culturally
insensitive (with a global society and political order in mind), and are without merit in
simply challenging an advanced genius (that of myself, Shawn Dexter John)
decipherable as inspired by both domestic and foreign lessons learned by their
respective populations and by political sciences contemporary in approach and futurist in
projection.

(1) Smart people work hard at meaningful work, work which will empower their hearts, their
minds, their households, and that of those of their association at minimum - the belief
that smart people, as employer or employee, do not work hard, are simply of clever
measures, is a sign of intellectual and social depravity and plausible destitution awarding
no permanence of security of mind, economic related or otherwise*
