The Legal and Political Tenets of the United States Directive to establish by covert nature
Ameripol as a multi-public hemispheric Agency of police operation and CARIPOL as a regional
police agency of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) via subsidiary agreements with
Ameripol

Legal and Political Tenets of Respect are as follows:

(1) There are no provisions of any agreement by government or private industry which may
allow (via interpretation or deception) any actor to manipulate the standard procedures
allowing for the successful and ethical operation of law enforcement per the respective
jurisdiction,
(2) There are no power(s) conceived by INTERPOL or the current social organization of
Ameripol which shall refute the imminent transformation of Ameripol into a multi-public
Agency of the Americas (the sole law enforcement Agency of the Americas as a political,
economic, and nominal continent) and the inception of Caripol as a subsidiary of
Ameripol of both multi-public identity and stature and private investment toward
supporting the industries of the Caribbean and the Americanization of public-private
partnerships within the region as a peculiar variation of the related mode of conduct and
philosophy),
(3) The codes of conduct of both Agencies, both to be incepted via the pending Free Trade
and Economic Agreement of the Americas (FTEAA) or of a similar title alongside the
general and fundamental principles deciding the operation of both Agencies shall reflect
the founding documents of the United Nations (UN) and the Organization of American
States (OAS) without restricting the perfective role and outputs of special task forces
established to accomplish the establishment and competencies in function and
operation,
(4) The domestic agencies of law enforcement of all Member States of the Organization of
American States (OAS), in encompassing the EAA system as superintentive, shall
 respect the management and federal duties of those two (2) Agencies without nominal or
effective refutation and without supposing Caripol as having jurisdiction outside the
Member States and Associates of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM),
(5) There ought to be no office or council within either Agencies which shall be immune from
prosecution or from suffering formal penalization whether the entirety or segment(s) are
analyzed, assessed, or prosecuted by internal or external forces which dismiss or rebuke
protocols, activities, or procedures, standard or subjective,
(6) There shall be no power exacted by any member country toward dissolving either
Agency since both are complemental to the domestic systems of the Member States of
correspondence no matter the uniqueness of variated administrative interests (Re: FBI
and U.S. Department of Justice),
(7) There shall be regular and accessible discourses and councils designed to brief the
public on the co-operative value and directives of both Ameripol and Caripol
(“CARIPOL”) toward serving global and local interests in their contribution and
inducement of law and policy and in ensuring that there are no requested, anticipated, or
cultivated conflict between domestic and regional/hemispheric agencies alongside their
Offices,
(8) Both Agencies are to remain objective and expressive, without negligent error or
unethical presentation, in deciding, drafting, and formally articulating, via textual
transcription, the Articles of Incorporation of both Agencies with by-laws incapable of
independence from the respective Government authority of [immediate] relation and its
endorsed treaties of relevance, and
(9) All political and social actors and economic entities in lawful compliance with terms of
respect shall attest to acknowledging the authority, legitimacy, and standard briefings of
Ameripol and Caripol in supporting domestic agencies of relevance including the United
States Department of Homeland Security toward ethical refinement and altruistic
competency.

Notes of Relation:

(1) Beliefs in agreements not manifested (or logically manifestable) via objective standards
are not agreements. I never agreed to refrain (and never refrained) from being with
women or to cover it up or such by exaggerative communications. I am honest in my
