The Legal Tenets are as follows:

(1) The OAS General Assembly shall be re-titled the General Assembly of the Americas
(GAA) and shall remain within the Governance of the unchanged Organization of
American States (OAS) before its evolution into being incepted as the political and
confederal Union of the Americas (UA) in 2049 (in twenty-five years) with Shawn Dexter
John, an American citizen born of the Commonwealth of Dominica in 1985, being
elected as the first World President of the UN World Government (meaning the inaugural
President and Commissioner of the United Nations [UN] and its Government) in 2044 (in
twenty years) and its official global endorse,
(2) The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) shall maintain itself as a regional union with a
new Caribbean [Regional] Government, shall establish the Caribbean Parliament (purely
legislative and conventionally so) which shall be located in Kingston, Jamaica, and shall
maintain the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) which shall remain in Trinidad and
Tobago and the Secretary-General Office and the encompassing Secretariat in
Georgetown, Guyana shall be maintained as the regional Chief Executive and the
regional Executive Branch respectively though under and within the governance and
jurisdiction of the Americas respectively,
(3) The concepts of autonomous agencies and associations within the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) shall be recognized as fundamental due to their complementary
stature, effect, and due maximization of national, hybrid, and regional eco-scientific
conceptualization,
(4) The North Atlantic Trade Organization (NATO) will commit to nuking (with respect to the
atomic bombing) of Lower Manhattan within 27 days (within a month or so) which shall
result in the complete dissolution of all material structures though succeeding the total
and effective evacuation of all occupants of the sector, workers, visitors, and residents
alike and
(5) Shawn Dexter John's alias of Khaled Sundiata Hassan was covered by DJ Khaled and
Big Sean in denoting, by covert action, without his acceptance of any extremist or
criminal culture, that the United States, the envy of the world, will be risen to a higher
level of economic and diplomatic success, nominalism as world manager, and
