The Legal Tenets of the respective subject policy detailed within the title, specifically on the
matters of ARSI INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH POLICY INSTITUTE and the Agenda 2063
(African Union)

(3) Shawn Dexter John's separate and consolidated estate and financial accounts, none
related to debt (including U.S. Department of Education and Federal Student Aid
accounts), shall not be associated with ARSI INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH POLICY
INSTITUTE with respect to finances,
(4) ARSI INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH POLICY INSTITUTE, under this title or any other
cover title, shall serve as the managing entity over the hybrid neighborhoods and
conventional residential communities adopted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
and INTERPOL toward effecting the proper model for developing, refining, and
perfecting the integrationist procedures and encompassing process at the micro-level
and in complementing the hemispheric and global integration project of the Central
Intelligence Agency (CIA) and INTERPOL and now the entirety of the United States

special focus in denying egregious or mandate negritude).

[DECLASSIFIED] Notes of Relation:

(1) UN Security Council statement requested: All men and women, of any policy or law

(4) Ethel and Dan Williams, you are not being condemned to Earth forever or hell with or
separate from the rest of the planet. It is Satan's trick to argue that all are being
condemned to a hell of sexuality, superficiality, entertainment, and hedonism toward the
unfiltered sensibility of humanity, that Jesus Christ and the Angels watching from above
are asexual and too kind to address the harshness of their oppressor, that only Earthly
government and joining its vicious nature may resolve their safety within Hell, the first
dimension of Earth and the rest of outerspace, terrestrial and otherwise. Shawn Dexter
