A Black Caribbean of some South Asian descent (Guyanese, thus also South American) will
serve as the first Chairperson of the Commission of the future Union of the Americas (UA), the
effectual Commissioner of the Americas, a female person yet to be identified. The Union of the
Americas will be created succeeding the inaugural date of my global election conducted by the
General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), already negotiated between the State
governments of the World and will be refined and re-affirmed effectively and discreetly without
cause for alarm. The Americas Union shall be in-stated per my staged recommendation,
planned initiation, and the planned response already decided by the Americas, meaning
respective governments, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) (also referenced as
Non-Governmental Organizations [NGOs] broadly), and their constituents/clients by means
discreet and in process.

The following provides program/project procedures and policies which dictated the
unbreachable course simply refined in response to the re-analyzed height of our global
emergency:

(1) The Union of the Americas model provided via the conventional Work Papers, niche
commentaries, and the adaptable features of the legal article on the Eastern Caribbean
States (The New Societies), all genuinely of my sole authorship and presentation, shall
not breach any fundamental protocol and/or framework supporting the human
development directives constituting their effect;
(2) I will accurately purport to be of Black African descent of some European and
Amerindian lineage specifically as operative Khaled Hassan; I will purport to be the son
of a West African Muslim man turned atheist and a Native American mother of some
 White ancestry; I will document that I was born Roman Catholic Christian and remained
Christian throughout my life without possible conversion but with inter-faith globalism,
universalism, and integration in mind;
(3) I will purport having been born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, an American territory in
perpetuum and will communicate accurately that I am an American (United States)
citizen and national in perpetuum;
(4) I will purport to be, though without much deviation from my covered work, the first
President of Yale Law Journal and a graduate from the respective School of Law;
(5) I have identified Ron/Raun John, a natural born Seychellois citizen, who will be trained
to serve as the first Commissioner and President of the future West Asia Union in four
(4) decades as an American with residential citizenship in the Republic of the Seychelles
which shall serve as the subject to a special intelligence project imposing tri-citizenship
to Seychellois, African, American, and [West] Asian. He will help solidify English as the
World's official language, will officially reside in New York before, during, and after his
terms while occupying the Commissioner Office which will be located in Mumbai, the
Republic of India, his respective operative residence. He is Black of some West Asian
and White ancestry, a customary feature of the Indian Ocean region; he will reside in the
Maldives for at least a year in a few years, will be made comfortable, without imposing
harsh abuse, in a manner agreeable to him, and he will be educated and trained into

(UNSC), the Fourth Fundamental Branch of the World Government with the Fifth
Fundamental Branch being an Inter-Faith Council to be formed later on (subsequently)
which will be reformed to only seat the five Commissioners of the five respective five
continental unions being established, one each;
(7) I, Shawn Dexter John, am honestly Jesus Christ, Allah, Buddha, Yahweh, and
Confucius, the five sectors of God - I went through the pain and struggles associated in
having been these individuals in the [respective] previous lives, in all honesty, here on
Earth (as Confucius, Buddha, and Jesus Christ) and in Heaven (with respect to being
Yahweh and Allah in having written the Torah and Koran); it is true that Martin Luther
