(1) There is no statement, letter, note, or point of confession of any criminal conduct of
Shawn Dexter John concerning any conduct in the past or present. Any such statement,
letter, note, or point of confession to any purported criminal conduct of Shawn Dexter
John is false, illusory, fictitious, unforgivable, and isn't of any formed or recognizable
relationship between Shawn Dexter John and any representative, family member, friend,
associate, or such, of former or present communication,
(1) These reports of the psychological and physical torture endured by Shawn Dexter John
over the past 15 years on a daily basis demand the death penalty imposed on their
instructors (not Shawn Dexter John, obviously) and their pathological conductors and
this too isn't a lie. These are not of any test, examination, drill, moot court, mock trial,
practice, mere professional presentation, job application, association application,
self-infliction, or such. We demand modesty in accepting this reality.
(2) The lies (falsehoods) that Shawn Dexter John raped or murdered female(s) and/or
male(s) and ought to be raped by gay(s) or lesbian(s) or submitted to any easy,
moderate, or cruel murder (or of any other conception) and/or that he testified or
provided statements attesting to such will be responded to by the application of
egregious and excruciating pain and cruelty imposed onto those who provided such
statements intently, maliciously, or negligently of a criminal nature. No hired or noted
look-a-like or decoy of Shawn Dexter John (with Shawn Dexter John being an individual
still 5'8" in height, light brown-skinned, an American citizen born of the Commonwealth of
Dominica, quite clean and upper middle class in appearance when in professional attire
most pointedly, and about 185-195 pounds in weight consistently) committed any serious
or egregious crime other than the perjury detected in being maliciously instructed by
envious and racist White federal agents of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the
National Security Agency (NSA), and other federal agencies of the United States.
*Other commentaries on the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
meaning those not on this blog, were deleted by their sole author ( including as their transcriber)
Shawn Dexter John for reasons undisclosable but certainly none having to do with a lack of or
deficiency in intelligence considering the exceptional and rare intelligence height (accounted as being
apex within government circles throughout the globe).
Highest level of attained university academic degree: Master of Arts in History (along with a
Graduate Certificate in International Studies)
Other level of attained university academic degree: Bachelor of Arts in History (along with a minor in
Economics)
I, Shawn Dexter John, am the only individual editing the manuscript (aside being the sole author).
I will provide any update to the [edited and completed] manuscript, if any: [EDITED AND
COMPLETED] The New Societies – Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of
Commonality.
The version published as a book was simply a covert sketch, published in that manner to provide a
template to government affiliates working across distance preceding its expected completion at a then
later date (corresponding with me editing work today) – quite a humble act. Tampering might have
devalued the book material but the model and intent were communicated well preceding the
publication of the [completed] edited version (here) – the completed version consists of slightly over
200 pages. (The edited version is presented as a bonafide law article.)

Article twenty-nine of the universal Declaration communicates that every individual should have the
right to civic involvement in his or her community. Provided aside this, every person ought to be
fostered inoffensively within this political environment. Every individual should be allowed to
develop his or her own genuine personality and variant perspectives, to act on viewpoints outside
infringing upon the rights of others. The ideal limits provided by law are purposed with enabling the
common recognition of the rights held by all individuals, with enabling respect for public order,
ethics, the general welfare (concerning government obligations), and the participatory well-being of
society specifically in a democratic format.
Also presented, the rights and liberties detailed in the Universal Declaration shouldn’t be applied in a
manner which contrasts with the priorities and principles exposited by the United Nations, of
course. Member governments are to be superbly responsible. (The United Nations’ work is intended
to effect prudent conduct performed by its Member States’ governments and their citizens. It is a
duty of governments to communicate the sociopolitical principles earnestly and correctly.)
Notes:
1. This particular article gives citizens and their activist associations the power to petition
governments for meeting the needs and demands of their respective populaces by prioritizing
the astute allocation of resources for meeting those needs and demands, by prioritizing
economic and political expeditions purposed with identifying ways to finance those
appropriations and to sustain them, and by edifying infrastructures to regulate, harness, and
maximize the effects of those related initiatives. Our general welfare is a fundamental priority of
government in every rational theory devised for instructing its operation. I do recognize that
there will remain a need to maintain reasonability in satisfying this imperative quality of
government but its purpose cannot be denied or refuted by any of the various factions found in
modern prototypical societies. There are innate vices in common society, often unintended by
many, which prevent great success in all parts of society or sadly induce the disturbing
disenfranchisement or marginalization of segments of the population – this has been studied
and is re-confirmed by the most capable of critical and social scientists. Consequently, theorists
have devised that it is a duty of popular government, inherent within the space of human
civilization, to mitigate concerns rigidly, to reduce and to even completely dissolve the actuality
of these imperfections for the betterment of humanity, in order to ensure the happiness of
posterity (in refuting the whims of under-nourished social constructs precisely) – it is a duty of
government to remove sociological impediments though without harsh impositions. Naturally,
society has to evolve out of embracing ultra-archaic sentiments. Government can install
refreshing mechanisms.
2. The usage of the term “morality” in this particular article references objective and universal
standards of ethics in the modern sense. The term “morality” may be misinterpreted as meaning
religious ethos most commonly observed by one’s respective nation-state or by large segment(s)
of the global community. Morality, concerning the breadth of international jurisprudence, refers
to humanistic principles uniformly adopted by the global community, those prioritized by the
United Nations in particular (in reaffirming its own relevance and noble purpose), those
energizing social, economic, and political equity amongst peoples and, now, consolidated
societies in its logical extension.
