I, Shawn Dexter John, am the only individual editing the manuscript (aside being the sole author).
——————–
I will provide any update to the [edited and completed] manuscript, if any – [EDITED AND
COMPLETED] The New Societies – Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of
Commonality.
The version published as a book was simply a covert sketch, published in that manner to provide a
template to government affiliates working across distance preceding its expected completion at a then
later date (corresponding with me editing work today) – quite a humble act. Tampering might have
devalued the book material but the model and intent were communicated well preceding the
publication of the [completed] edited version (here) – the completed version consists of slightly over
200 pages. (The edited version is presented as a bonafide law article.)

The tenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States provides that the government and
people of each State are secured powers not prescribed to the federal government within the
content of the federal Constitution, powers not prohibited to them by the authoritative document.
This amendment essentially communicates that reasonable powers may be founded for the
apparatuses of state governments or for their corresponding communities where enjoyed in
compliance, naturally, with the respective state constitution, where not withheld by the national
Constitution’s language. For example, the states may issue to their populations the power of
referendum. Its application, when certified by the respective state legislature/designatee, when it is
communicated that the presented question(s)’ output(s) or prospective mandate(s) are
constitutional, serves the intended purpose of amendment ten. As additional examples, the state
governments have the right to establish taxation laws, have the right to create oversight and
enforcement agencies. Still, the states, in exercising such powers, are to act in compliance with the
[non-intrusive] regulations established by the federal government. (These concern state organs and
operations – jurisdiction is maintained.)
Note:
1. Contemporarily, the diverse people of the states maintain their power to elect, directly, their
representatives into state governments. This serves as an example of retained/gained powers
protected by the amendment. This seems elementary, however, this is an immensely important
feature of modern [federal] plexuses. Federal governments are to be limited and respectful of the
reasonable powers inherently held by the active inferior governments and their citizens –
sovereignty is to be protected. (The federal government may not elect or appoint personnel into
state governments unlike the pre-independence British government concerning its appointment
of certain high officials in the thirteen colonies.)
