This paper on Jamaica (in the West Indies) was expected by all colleagues not yet within my
circle of Associates as being relevant to all integrationist projects engaged by the Agency and
our re-incorporating firm, possibly to be renamed titularly. Jamaica, quite popular on the world
stage as a stand out in athletics and music, has evolved into serving as an interactive developer
of political inspiration for the Caribbean region with its consistent expositions with
representatives and delegates from the United States government, including those within the
White House.

Though Jamaica won't serve as an Associate State of the United States, with that stature having
been reserved solely for the Commonwealth of Dominica in the region, it will maintain consistent
networks with the federal government of the United States for incorporation within the
infrastructure and system of CARICOM, an institution and corresponding community, of
economic and political competencies, which will serve as a political ally of the United States
Government.

Alongside the nation-state of Trinidad and Tobago, special investments by American

corporations in the sectoral economy of Jamaica will be mechanized and bolstered by both the
impending Free Trade and Economic Agreement of the Americas serving as unbreachable and
affirmative bilateral agreements of unique but corresponsive terms.

We envision Jamaica's strong participation within American popular culture on a consistent

basis and effectual compatibility with the United States in diverse sectors not renouncing of,
obstructive to, or diminutive of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and its protocols and
those of the future and encompassing Union of the Americas. It will serve as a senior leader in
the political, socio-economic, and cultural sectors of the Caribbean Community, per plans
complimented by training un-inhibitive of that associated with any other Member State or
Territory of CARICOM and it will serve as a vocal and otherwise consistent political leader at the
highest levels of discourse, operations, activism, and executivism within the organs and culture
of the future Union of the Americas.

*Confidential (Originally): Former President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama, soon
to [intently] fake his assassination in having been found guilty within a government tribunal of
unsuccessfully conspiring to have assassinated Shawn Dexter John in 2008, 2012, and 2023
(unlawfully), for having ordered the unlawful assassination of the Jamaican Prime Minister a few
years back, without being convinced that he (Mr. Obama) was being audited regardless of
information confirming this (apparently due to arrogance, an attribute communicated by credible

Shawn Dexter John remains alive and well, safe, and un-injured in having been protected by
unbreachable INTERPOL security consistently, isn't detained, incarcerated, confined, or within
the custody of any actor, law enforcement or other, and isn't under immediate threat of being of
this condition (or being placed under legal inquiry or investigation) - Mr. Obama falsely
communicated in unlawful memorandums that Shawn Dexter John was killed in a car accident
or such to the Howard University community. Shawn Dexter John, presently and as Khaled
Hassan, will continue to serve as the Chief Manager of the Central Intelligence Agency and
INTERPOL for a tenure of at least thirty years uninterrupted. Barack Obama Jr. is not and was
never the revolutionary integrationist operative being prepared for, the individual who will be
known as Khaled Hassan, an individual who will be astutely purported as American born and
proven as being of genius competence. Once again, this individual (Khaled Hassan) is Shawn
Dexter John in preparation of gaining a new look alongside his wife (a female agent whose
identity is covertly sealed in records), the individual who will be known as Nicole Hassan. Nicole
Hassan will purport to be Jamaican-American, though she is an individual originally from New
Orleans, Louisiana and a Howard University and University of Miami - Coral Gables graduate
(facts which will be sealed in Agency files).

Los Angeles Lakers basketball player Lebron James Sr. has provided accurate statements to
federal agents under audit, agents who recorded the transcripts of the corresponding
conversations, communicating that he (Mr. James) did pay purported gang-members twenty
thousand dollars to place a hit on Shawn Dexter John on behalf of Barack Hussein Obama Jr.
The said James will be arrested by the end of 2023 in the city of Los Angeles (in California), the
arrest will be broadcasted nationwide on public television, and he will be tried and convicted of
attempted murder and sexual battery by the respective court in the state of California (with the
general proceedings broadcasted nationwide on public television).
