The Legal Tenets of the Project of Middle America in serving the diaspora of minorities
out of the urban east and into middle class tranquility:

(1) There shall be no ban on any demographic within the new towns, many developed within
hybrid confederations with advisory councils administering their perfected partnerships
and citizenship;
(2) The peculiar focus on Black enfranchisement shall be inclusive of the Black immigrant
sector without sub-standard citizenship, benefits, conditions, favor, or beneficiary stature;
 (3) The accommodations of White families within these multicultural towns and their rural
but modern suburbs will reflect moral value, will not be dismissive of their right to equal
happiness and mobility and their right to refrain from un-peculiarity (or peculiarity) in
cherishing their perceived ethnic culture;
(4) There shall be no harsh treatment of White nationalists in the new paradigm we are
entering - any criminal conduct of relation will be addressed by the nominal law
enforcement community by means standard and formal, in accordance with statutes
constitutional in terms and nature,
(5) New concepts of governance may be employed as long as modern constituential
designs are competent in adhering to the United States Constitution and the superiority
of the federal government and as long as the executiveship does not outpower the
respective legislative entity or the power of the judiciary to interpret and mandate the
proper application of law;
(6) The political concepts and other sub-models demonstrated in the endnotes of the
published book sketch The New Societies - Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern
