There is no authentic Temporary or Permanent/Indefinite Restraining Order, active or pending,

against Shawn Dexter John concerning his wife Rashidah Williams, father Crispin Clay John, or
anyone else – the two stated were part of a sting operation orchestrated by [licensed] Shawn
Dexter John and Associates [and Auditive Detectives] of the Central Intelligence Agency to
identify federal employees revealed as having falsified records and as having claimed the
authenticity of false/coerced statements and documents. His biological and only daughter Keisha
John (“Beverly Williams”) will remain in their custody after re-uniting in New York upon
completion of Shawn Dexter John’s assignments in weeks. Aside the contract to be received by
Mr. Shawn Dexter John, Shawn Dexter John’s daughter will be rewarded a contract with Walt
Disney Company for having been humble and co-operative in accepting the time spent separated
from her father with him on a top secret mission, in being versed in Agency communication
operations, and in being skilled as a comedic actress. Per Shawn Dexter John’s instructions
(upon his daughter’s birth) aside his wife’s instructions, his daughter’s birth certificate identifies
her as Keisha John. Subsequently, for safety reasons, Mr. Shawn Dexter John requested that her
situational identity be provided as Beverly Williams, considering threats received from
government employees and associates due the CIA-UN’s audit of the federal government with
Mr. Shawn Dexter John its lead operative. The school identity I ordered for Keisha (concerning
her identity as “Beverly Williams”) was just part of our security apparatus, it is not the official
record of her primary identity. Corresponding Social Security Administration (information) was
also part of our security apparatus. Authentic information is sealed in files in the city of New
Orleans, Louisiana. Rashidah Williams has never been of any other marriage, she was born

Shawn Dexter John hasn’t committed to emotionally, psychologically, or physically harming
individuals as part of his profession or consequent to his personality. He has always been very
cautious and kind in predisposition. The emotional pain imposed on his extended family,
including Mr. Clay John, was not per his consent in any sense.
Shawn Dexter John’s citizenship information as it relates to solely the United States in
committing to his covert operations here at home and while abroad:

(2) Perpetual American citizenship
(3) Nationality: United States of America
(4) United States Passport Card expiration date: October 31, 2028
(5) Was as an active and registered voter in the state of Louisiana (2012) and subsequently
the state of Florida
The Central Intelligence Agency of the United States and the Department of State of the United
States, representatives, consultants, and project managers, in anticipation of the signature of
executives, will sanction and instruct the signing of a Compact of Free Association (COFA)
agreement with the Republic of Seychelles relatively soon, will subsequently reward citizens of
COFA states national status (non-citizen national status), and will maintain their status as
independent and sovereign states with full autonomy over their domestic and foreign affairs
excepting those inoffensively identified as under partnership jurisdiction.
The United States Virgin Islands will be perpetually re-declared as being a territory of the United
States, one not constituted as a country, independent or dependent, its citizens are only United
States citizens without dual [national] citizenship. When we refer to the United States, including
Mr. Shawn Dexter John, we are not referring to the United States Virgin Islands, which is a
territory of the United States (of America), however. (Re: Virgin Islands of the United States.)
In conclusion by all non-project assessors of his training program, with certainty, as we have
always known, Shawn Dexter John did write both versions of The New Societies – Concepts and
Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of Commonality. He is the sole author and editor.
The sketch published (the book published with iUniverse) was tampered with and destroyed by
illicit means as anticipated by Shawn Dexter John and the Central Intelligence Agency as part of
a sting operation. Mr. Shawn Dexter John became exceptionally assertive in forming such
operations after having his security and happiness breached due to his cover as a purported
immigrant and in being an African-American. His cover should not pose any dispute that he is a
natural born American citizen, of a Virgin Islander family. (Both versions of The New Societies
are of the same content, the latter being consolidated, refined, and edited without tampering.)
The Central Intelligence Agency has intercepted plans for the transcription of fake reports and
publications on the John family as delinquents. We have determined that this concise plan was
actual and have decided to recommend the necessary penalties for deterring and discontinuing
any related effort.

Nikki Haley, the former Governor of South Carolina, will be consulted and be assured that
Shawn Dexter John is the one who determined her candidacy, the one who has decided to
provide support from the Central Intelligence Agency toward her becoming the first woman
President of the United States of America, not the inaugural President/Commissioner/Executive
of the Union of the Americas.
Shawn Dexter John will be awarded a compensation and financial contract with the Central
Intelligence Agency of the United States – he will be compensated in the initial transaction
$903,425 in addressing back/retroactive payments and for financing his re-incorporated
consultant and auditing firm. He will be contracted to receive, subsequently, an annual salary via
Central Intelligence Agency mechanisms toward serving adequately as the executive manager of
the Central Intelligence Agency, as both chief consultant to the Agency and auditor of its
operations with policing powers licensed by Interpol contractors privy to his legal training.
The Central Intelligence Agency of the United States and the federal agency of the Secret
Service will provide security to Shawn Dexter John and close associates – we are not referring to
any prepared legal penalty. Shawn Dexter John and Associates are not under investigation for
any criminal or negligent conduct and are not in threat of restriction or custody. We have
detected purposeful mis-interpretations by federal agents observing these notices, resolutions,
policies, and agenda protocols.
Shawn Dexter John has never been part of any drug operation with the Central Intelligence
Agency or any entity or person, concerning illicit or perceived legal drugs. He at times have
audited the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in having received complaints from mainland
citizens that the FBI was aiding drug activities in the African-American community, including at
HBCUs. (When we refer to United States citizens, we are not only referring to those residing or
from the United States Virgin Islands – we are referring to all citizens of the United States of
America, naturalized and natural-born.)
These reports, notices, policies, and resolutions are not evidence of (1) schizophrenic or jovial
behavior by any transcriber of the points or (2) an association with the work of any schizophrenic
agent identified in previous reports led by Shawn Dexter John. Complex language is necessary
at times revealing acute information.
Melvin Otey, former purported law professor at the University of the District of Columbia
School of Law, is concluded as being an illicit actor in conducting xenophobic operations in
collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Homeland
Security, and with undercover agents of the Central Intelligence Agency posing as Agency
partners, operations detrimental to the constitutional safety of Shawn Dexter John, Rashidah
Williams, Crispin Clay John, and, recently, Karl L. Chen. He was found to have threatened
Barack Obama back in New York City when Mr. Obama (the former CIA operative Don John
[sealed] under deep cover, in purporting to have an internationalist background) served as a
Columbia University law student – Mr. Melvin Otey was subsequently urged to cover this
previous breach in addressing Shawn Dexter John, an individual purported to have a similar
name to Don John, therefore an effective cover of previous illicit and xenophobic actions in

convoluting false reports. (The United Nations, in prioritizing the United States of America as
the host of the United Nations and leader of the free world, demands exceptional social progress
in the country, that protecting multi-culturalism, the interests of African-Americans and other
minorities in response to legal and sealed complaints and for inducing social restitutive
initiatives, and in refining the political approach of the federal government as the most forward
democratic government in the world per its purported principles. Shawn Dexter John is not
interpreted by any Agency associate, of any relevance in effecting the priorities of the Agency,
as holding a communist philosophy or extremist character. He is exceptionally worldly,
diplomatic, and forward-minded and this may confuse un-couth local and segmented actors of
government agencies, including those not privy to confidential protocols decided by the Central
Intelligence Agency’s executive auditors and managers.)
Shawn Dexter John’s future identity as Khaled Hassan, the future inaugural Presidential
Commissioner of the Union of the Americas, will not purport that he has served any sentence
since he has never in actuality (under any identity). His affiliation with Interpol and associates
once part of a program developing Nelson Mandela does not communicate any contradiction.
This is in response to correspondences reviewed, those conducted by the Federal Bureau of
Investigation, the National Security Agency, the Department of Homeland Security of the United
States, and audited trainees of the Central Intelligence Agency. Contrary to upsurd rumors,
Shawn Dexter John is not under review or audit – his managers have ensured this toward
motivating his effective conduct as a licensed and exceptional auditor, one exceptionally discreet
and humble. (Shawn Dexter John has written each and every installed policy paper
[commentary] published at shawndexterjohn.wordpress.com. No sealed file or information will
contradict this fact and certainty. The same applies to The New Societies: Concepts and

Shawn Dexter John, Chad Shem John, Crispin Clay John, Karl L. Chen, and Albert Mann have
no illness, terminal or other. Chad Shem John, Crispin Clay John (“Clay John”), Karl L. Chen,
and Albert Mann, those in association with Mr. Shawn Dexter John, are not under any legal
investigation or impending penalty. Compensation received from the Social Security
Administration were covert payments for hidden work, work which were only accomplishable in
purporting to be middle class, ordinary, and homely individuals.
The Central Intelligence Agency did overhear laughter from White federal agents about planned
breach of law, in continuation, and their planned non-confession as a policy of the Federal
Bureau of Investigation concerning their treatment of Shawn Dexter John, the sole African-
American agent in the Central Intelligence Agency, and over their manipulation of
communication to other African-Americans privy to relatable information, and over the
continuation of lies to related citizens and residents concerning Shawn Dexter John’s activity,
purported fate, and that of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States.
Zoe Saldana, a co-operative of the training program managing Shawn Dexter John, was
criminally and psychologically abused by several White men (per FBI orders) due to her
association with our integrationist program. She is in the process of filing for a divorce from her
purported husband, a concluded breach to her security, an individual identified as having co-

operated with the FBI’s effort. As a genuine person of the Agency’s code of conduct, Shawn
Dexter John has requested her protection and re-affiliation with him for modest reasons. (Re:

Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security agents addressed in these
complaints are unaware that internal employees vital to their operation are co-operative with the
Agency’s policy of respecting human rights over patriotism at all times. Not aware that there
exists agents connected to our auditing effort within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (under
deep cover), these individuals have been confident in committing to egregious breaches. They
acted confidently, in expectation that in fear Shawn Dexter John would follow upsurd directions
to commit illicit conduct or to engage deprived conditions (or perceived self-punishment) per
their delusional perception, as if any punishment was or is warranted (or considered by any
individual of authority or relevance).
Shawn Dexter John will not be coerced into leaving the country. Each agency in correspondence
with the Central Intelligence Agency, those privy to the related pursuits, shall be notified of
Shawn Dexter John’s transformation into Khaled Hassan, his continued American citizenship
denoting natural born status, and his perpetual sole residence in the United States of America.
No one has transcribed any of the notices, orders, briefings, or protocols communicated in
correspondence with audio files, live audio feeds, or any other auditory communication.
