INTERNAL MEMORANDUM TO NSA AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (JUSTICE

DEPARTMENT)

These are not claims or mere assertions. These are judicial and mediation Judgements being
communicated for reasons comprehensible to laymen and professionals alike.

(1) UN Security Council requested statement: The New Societies - Concepts and
Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of Commonality published with iUniverse
as a book sketch per a sting operation designed and created by Shawn Dexter John
communicates his genius, his intent to not have it edited, and his intent to observe
National Security Council (NSA) destroy the significant coherence of the book sketch in
the face of humility. There is no way conceivable to conclude that Shawn Dexter John
was ever illiterate, uneducated as an adult, and/or unambitious. Statements contrasting
this reality are quite amusing at this point, but shall not reduce our commitment to ethical
and deterrent resolves - the matter isn't resolvable in any matter not serially detailed per
these publications and there are no coded or subliminal language (or innuendos).
[Attorney General of New York State] Letitia James' communication (via gesture) that
she is the butcher of New York in rubbing her arms immediately succeeding every
counter asserted by those who attend her meetings, individuals who all have signed
psychiatric assessment contracts designating Letitia James the sole subject of no
monetary compensation (recently revealed by them to her though in complete fear for
their sanity), is alarming.
(2) The United Nations (UN) General Assembly will be protected from demolition.
(3) UN Security Council requested statement: Lower Manhattan will be nuked (meaning
atomically dematerialized) in all honesty and all taped recordings of any purported porn
video of Rashidah Williams and/or female decoy(s) (with a light skinned man [skin
complexion associated with Shawn Dexter John]) will no longer exist succeeding the
staged event. This elemental reason for the United Nations Security Council's pending
action, within an assortment of over fifty (50) charges against the United States
Government, and the corresponding Judgements shall not be considered trivial
considering the unwarranted, unwelcomed, uninitiated, and unlawful trauma endured by
Shawn Dexter John. Rashidah Williams will remain the intended wife and First Lady of
Shawn Dexter John and will not experience any relationship or relations with any other
man (or woman) as we are determined to communicate the right message, lethally if
needed.
(4) Baptist Health (South Florida) and Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) out-house
psychiatric assessment of the Attorney General of New York: Letitia James' false beliefs
that LeBron James Sr. and Jr. (1) have financial, social media, and/or other account(s)
attached to Shawn Dexter John and his (Shawn Dexter John's) general accounts and/or
 financial estate and related account(s), (2) are better awardees of trust funds, and (3)
are correct in asserting the false perception held by a few of [an] illusory nature of the
existential reality of Shawn Dexter John's exclusionary financial estate and accounts (still
sealed under INTERPOL protection and not seizure and only accessible and utilizable
by Shawn Dexter John), will lead to her ex-communication from all government work,
accounts, stipend programs, federal or [subsidiarial] pensions, and a financial portfolio.
The envy and hate detected in this woman, in apparently hating handsome and famous
men and, separately, in perceiving them as un-attracted to her kind and predispositional
look, and in hating the apparent subliminal message of Shawn Dexter John's procreation
(Angel) program (exclusive to only Shawn Dexter John) serves as evidence that our
Judgements are correct, that the Department of Justice (Justice Department) was
negligent in addressing Shawn Dexter John's petitions exhibiting fear, and that the state
of New York is pathological in mistreating immigrants. She was caught yelling at young
women and girls "s**k LeBron off bitches" and is puzzled to why the young man's penis
is clearly paralyzed at most times in attempting erection, why his look-a-like decoy is
starving and consistently crying, and why the young man (LeBron James Sr.) and his
decoy are incapable of producing sperm or semen. Medical surgery was imposed after
an arrest and negotiations in California. She will be briefed by INTERPOL agents in
shock that the Attorney General of New York is so trivial, incompetent, inconsequential in
decision-making processes (toward proper resolve), and in so much hate of immigrants.
(5) All of New York City will be evacuated succeeding the nuclear event (the
de-materialization of [evacuated] Lower Manhattan on presumably a Sunday night
planned toward occurring in/within two [2] to three [3] months).
(6) United Nations Security Council and INTERPOL (requested statement): Letitia James
and the detailed Craig Robinson and all look-a-like decoys will be tortured
(waterboarded) and then interrogated upon their capture. If they are not captured, ten
(10) million people (citizens and mere residents) will die (due to dematerialization and
immediate radiated forces), we are certain. This reality saddened Shawn Dexter John
and serves as the reason for his consistent communications and evacuation orders
clearly not respected by the state of New York alongside the Central Intelligence
Agency's plea for negotiations with universal forces. Stating that Shawn Dexter John
was crucified on Calvary to escape the fate of Rome and Jerusalem being destroyed in
anticipation of his re-arrival as Julius Caesar (intelligence efforts have altered the historic
dates for obvious reasons) will lead to the lethal capture of all government workers
communicating this disastrous, false, and incompetent conclusion motivated toward
harm. Shawn Dexter John is clearly Jesus Christ and Allah, Alpha and Omega. We
require caution and no disrespect to his past sacrifice on the Cross (two thousand years
ago) and the impossibility of any physical or medical harm being imposed on him. He
has complete immunity against sabotage as he is perfectly ethical, wise, and judicious.
His Father, Jehovah the Father, is quite ruthless in communicating the mercy of Christ in
having saved humanity and the permanence of their souls. The magic tricks designed
secretly by Shawn Dexter John to build confidence in those caught (unknown to them)
and under audit, the fantastic technologies, must not fool anyone, including Melvin Otey
and Barack Huissen Obama Jr. (the reincarnated Prophet Mohammed now being
 affirmed his earlier belief, that Shawn Dexter John is Allah and not a jovial Aladdin). The
entirety of the United States NAVY, INTERPOL, and the Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA) provide non-detrimental security for Shawn Dexter John. We provide fair notice.
The Global War has begun toward removing nuclear arsenals for good, by international
law and perpetual decree, for initiating the removal of national borders, and for creating
the UN World Government assisted by five ethical and non-militarized continental Unions
predisposed to peace as the future sole Members of the UN Security Council. Stating
that Shawn Dexter John negatively asserts that sexually liberated women must sin no
more (in perceiving that those characters were secretly lesbians as falsely
communicated by agents clearly envious of [1] Shawn Dexter John's stature as God and
the husband of Zoe Saldana [Queen of the City of God and Angels in Heaven] and the
2999 other gorgeous Angels dreaming into this world while surrounding him, his original
daughters over a million years ago and now his evolved conjugal Partners in
Governance when Heaven, from the stated isolated city of unusual technology,
intelligence, and wealth in Heaven, aside [2] Shawn Dexter John's stature as sole God
over all, the most minute of communities and the most large of communities alike, and
[3] the massive physicality of his body in Heaven [over fifteen feet tall when in the
second dimension and macroscopic to the microscopic nature of the universe and its
occupants when he is in Nirvana [the fourth dimension]) reflects the illiterate and
unintelligent nature of Letitia James in her incompetent expositions recorded for laughter
by some, but clear in serving as evidence to the ignorance demanded of Black
employees of the United States Government and its subsidiary states (and territories)
with them in traumatic disbelief that they are unattached to secret fraternal orders White
and Supremacist in nature.
(7) UN Security Council, EUROPOL, and INTERPOL requested statement: The future of
fraternal universalism of UN workers, Inter-Faith, is being covered for realism and
pacifist purposes. Shawn Dexter John is immune against any consequence associable
with being labeled a security threat. Any assertion communicating otherwise serves as
evidence of threats against his Being. We shall wait. The city of Orlando (Florida) has
declared War against the White House for threatening their sanity and refusing
commendable and mitigatable officials [international] security clearance. The federal
agents dreaming into this world from the Blue Realm (slightly and minimalistically
covered by the movie Avatar) will not serve as agents in the next life. Many will endure
the experience of being poor Whites on their next dream into this world. These are not
superficial understandings. Note: Refutation and the belief of humankind aren't the
determination of facts (or effect). Shawn Dexter John's factual assertion that he created
the multiplicity of religions communicates that he is impressive in enabling the freedom
of thoughts and diversity and the intended reward (to humanity) of universalism upon
earned evolution, and does not suppose discord. Letitia James' belief that life is a set of
simulations, war games, augmented realities, and endless concepts unknown to God
(Shawn Dexter John) is worrying. We have explained the deficiency in humanity, not
humanism, and there shall be, a perpetual reality preceding and succeeding this
moment, no challenge to God and his team of enforcers. The false belief that Shawn
Dexter John's arm was covertly paralyzed last night or such, a devised sting operation to
 record cheers and laughters in New York (aside that recorded when it was revealed that
10,000 saddened Mexican and Haitian migrants were drowned in the Hudson River), did
lead to the surgical amputation of four (4) local and out-of-state law enforcement officers'
legs (one each). We require all threats to GO AWAY. Rashidah Williams will endure the
pain of watching her father Dan Williams lose his leg to surgical amputation (severed at
the knee) and his commanding agents lose all teeth out of their mouths toward them
escaping a twenty year sentence behind penitentiary bars. Rashidah Williams, Beyonce
Knowles, Chris Paul, Katt Williams, SZA, and Lizzo being told to laugh or smirk in
revealing via video visuals that they were [criminally] raped by Lebron James Sr. did lead
to our resolve that Letitia James surrender toward immediate leg amputation and an
apology to the immigrant community in perceiving that James was saving them from
poverty for having associated with Shawn Dexter John (non-sexually) and the CIA as a
whole. Letitia James' belief that Shawn Dexter John believes that he is a manager of
household duties and has surrendered to the misinterpretation of the word country is
quite amusing to us alongside Shawn Dexter John. (Letitia James is a little girl in
sensibility, intelligence, and character, is quite vicious in mis-comprehending reality,
manhood, and authority.)
