Legal Tenets of the Diversity of Sectors and Industries of the United States within the Americas
(the future Union of the Americas [UA]) of sovereign and merged composition

(1) There shall be no devaluation of treaties, provisions, clauses, or protocols protecting the
agricultural viability of small states as well as those of larger states, including the United
States and Brazil,
(2) There shall be no argument that the hemispheric development of the agricultural sectors
and [subsidized or productive] industries are communist in nature or reflective of
extremist socialist values defrauding social democracies,
(3) There shall be no depreciation of the United States market (in general), especially the
technology, banking, securities, and capital sectors, as leader in paradigm shifts, toward
creating to the developing Central Fund of the Americas, an organic sector of the
pending EEA, which shall help motivate the exponential growth of New York City and its
network into reaching a higher level of global financial, political, media, and
communication leadership,
(4) The niche industry, banking, securities, and financial sectors of the Caribbean
Community (CARICOM), in challenging centuries of unmitigated disparities unpleasing to
both humanitarians and corporate diplomats, shall not be rejected in being awarded
clarity and the greenlight to help lead the network of the World Bank, the spectrum of
sovereign capital markets not abusive to integration, and the hemispheric securities and
stock exchange system being blueprinted toward continental prosperity as tutorial
insurance to the world's exponential development less accustomed; tourism shall be
supplemented by this consolidated industry and will require modest and then
accelerated investments in the Caribbean region, a wish of the minority communities in
the United States, Canada, and the territories of the United Kingdom of Great Britain,
France, and the Kingdom of the Netherlands for aiding themselves and African-American
communities (meaning at large) into global affluence, an attribute clearly earned,
(5) The other sectors fundamental to global growth shall not be relegated to hosting any
sector of the planet in any discriminatory manner; all other constitutional industries and
sectors and complements shall be unabridged by customs and notorieties in
incorporating their success in every geographic of the Americas without intended flaw,
 (6) The restitutive resolve of the United Nations (UN) and INTERPOL which requires Black
stewardship worldwide (both prototypical African and Menelesian and [Australian]
Aboriginal communities and their descent) moving forward, developed for rectifying the
maladies of history, shall not serve to hide the miseries endured by other races, with
race being a concept superficial but of a definite social construct recognized by all, and
shall not reject its mitigation and alleviation as part of the process of human development
and global Union and Citizenship; the prerogative of racial, multinational, cultural, and
ethnic mixing (a) romantic and conjugally and via (b) ordinary procreation (sexual
reproduction) activity shall be respected and protected as fundamental to human
civilization; and
(7) There shall be no reversion into communist or Marxist philosophy by any sector of Cuba,
Grenada, or any other country. Social democratic philosophies (meaning conservative
socialism in representing both republican, capitalist, welfare, and democratic
philosophies only, that practiced here in the United States, the Commonwealth of
Dominica, the Federal States of Micronesia, the French Republic, the Republic of South
Africa, and the Republic of Germany as fundamental and new age examples) shall not
be diminished, legislatively deterred or violated as constitutional values, and shall not be
disparaged by any executive or judicial branch (or organ within).
(8) Our industries will infuse new capital, venture, and development programs of
commendable interest into the continent of Africa's system, which shall ensure that an
endless credit line, regulated by logic, prudence, and [social] progressive values, and
non-stagnation philosophies will be secured and insured by the IMF's protocol and will
initiate the strongest continental bank and fund apparatus in the World within the next
two (2) decades with single national economies siding this priority by [rotating] shocking
growth rates toward this end, with security, internal insurance, and global reception at
hand and expressed. Communism will aborted and be thoroughly removed from
contending or progressing in Africa.
(9) There shall be no inhibition of the future Asia-Pacific Union (APU) and the current and
expansionist Europe Union (EU), the former as representative of multiracial and
homogeneous balance of humane forces in respecting that human development protects
both self-interest (the innate human singularity motive denoted as mixing) and
self-preservation (constitutional patriotism) sentiments when ethically commendable and
without isolating any one (or sub-part) from integrative value within the other. Our
destiny as a singularized Earthean race (human singularity of inter-faith, inter-regional,
inter-racial, cross-ethnic, and other universalist values) may learn from tests certifying
cherishable attributes of minority racial pride, progressive patriotism, and continental
unity humanely practiced with disparagement discouraged humbly into non-existence).

hate that Shawn Dexter John separated from her in false belief that he no longer

being bothered by the reality of all sectors of the media (uncrude) covering up Shawn
Dexter John's presence here on Earth (known throughout the Secret Societies as the

of an agnostic or otherwise inexistential concept) as the focus of all matters Americans
