Legal Tenets of the East African Community (EAC) partnership with the United States
Government toward the motivation of Agriculture, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Shipping
(Delivery) Industry Development toward asserting, incorporating, and empowering exceptional,
sufficient, fluent, non-depreciable, and commendable Food Products and Technologies;
Canada, a related endorser, shall reveal its agreement with the United States Government to
remove the border between the United States and Canada by 2026 or imminently thereafter as
an incentive.

(1) Ethiopia will become a Member State of the East African Community (EAC) and will
enjoy the equal rights and privileges accorded to all other Member States and their
respective citizenry,
(2) The community shall be made a foreign priority of the United States, in support of United
Nations (UN) task forces of relation, toward the development of advanced, competent,
stable, and security backed industries which motivate, per scientific projections and
efforts, (a) technological, (b) procedure, and (c) technical advancement,
(3) The capital city of the East African Community (EAC) shall not be decided as secondary
or tertiary as a nominal capital of the African Union (AU) since only the city of
Johannesburg, South Africa will serve as the nominal capital city of the African Union
(AU) upon the popular and broadcasted ratification of the Constitution of Africa within a
decade and a half (meaning within 15 years),
(4) There are no constitutional purpose(s) toward any regional community within Africa
being decided as independent from the jurisdiction of the African Union (AU) in a world
of human development and the accorded rejection of egregious ambitions destructive to
a world of pacifism and global wealth and infrastructure growth designed as
interdependent and sustainable,
(5) There shall be no motive of the African Union (AU) which refutes the plight of Ethiopia
and the rest of East Africa as exceptional in past and current food deprivation and
related destitution and the innate knowledge, energy, rightful ambition, and wisdom
which complement the related determination of the respective nation-states,
(6) There shall be no priority of any Member State of the East African Community (EAC) or
any other regional community which shall renounce the prepared prioritization of General
Welfare provisions within the impending Constitution of Africa, a document which must
announce the capital city of Africa (Johannesburg, South Africa), the Government
(Governance Structure) of the African Union (AU), and the power of the United States
and the rest of the world to help ensure its permanence and its restituted value within the
World Government to be formed in 2044 (to be known as the World Government of the
 United Nations [UN] or UN World Government) especially as one of the future five
seated members of the Security Council of the United Nations (UN), all unitary
continental unions, upon intra-reform in half a century,
(7) There shall be no impediment to the investment in agricultural, engineering,
manufacturing, and shipping industries (and their respective services) and
comprehensive and formal divestiture in old practices and customs not conducive to
supporting a continent exponential in population growth and corresponding wealth
simultaneously (in all honesty),
(8) The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the Regional Government being devised for
its exceptional operation shall not be perceived as being a cultural or formal colony or
dependent of the African Union (AU) or its continental society (now or later) and shall not
be removed from being announced, pronounced, and formalized as the premier political
ally of the United States Government in the new paradigm we are about to enter, a shift
from conventional world politics which allow the United States to manage competently
the function of the Global Society we have decided; Canada will remove all border
restrictions between itself and the United States, regarding both citizens and residents of
both, by 2026 or imminently thereafter and officially, and
(9) The development program to expedite the peculiar and restitutive stewardship
development of the (a) people and evolving Government of the Caribbean Community
(CARICOM) and the (b) African-American population over the next three (3) decades,
one designed and operated by INTERPOL and the CIA in their managerial totality,
considering their traditional lack of investments, infrastructure, and clinical competence,
shall be respected by all African regional communities without discouraging their
[co-profitable] services to these communities, services aligned with motivating futuristic
health and medical progress, not deficiencies or attempt(s) to hide them.

Notes of Emergency:

(1) The shocking romantic and emotional pain Shawn Dexter John has endured over the

born of New Orleans, Louisiana, does not refer to any look-a-like or non look-a-like
individual, as argued by others. The historical Mary Magdalene was a prostitute and sex
performer and she still did receive the mercy and rescue of her husband Jesus Christ
two (2) millennia ago as she does today - the high she is going to be on for the rest of
eternity did require her to figure her way out of hell without him (Shawn Dexter John)
around and toward earning being at his (Shawn Dexter John’s) side at all times, a male
 being correctly known as God and Father of and to the Universe, all sectors and
dependents. Her emotional insecurities shall be removed within a month. She will not
be rejected by Jesus Christ (meaning Shawn Dexter John) and she shall be walked into
Heaven by him (Shawn Dexter John) to receive a new human body, no longer
handicapped by a prosthetic leg, and to be briefed by Heaven toward revealing with a
certainty actual identity as the Mary Magdalene, the Queen of Sheba, the mother of
Jesus Christ’s only anointed Son, Menelik (Haili Selassie) in Heaven. She is Shawn
Dexter John’s Wife and Chief Angel in mind and body and this shall be affirmed in
weeks, upon their reuniting - her having signed up for dreaming into this world to help
Him save humanity’s fate has led to the trauma they both suffered over the past fifteen
(15) years and not per their uncoerced actions. Learn - the White agents must now
refrain from communicating that they can't handle these truths. These individuals
apparently could not handle Shawn Dexter John earning and receiving all As in high
school, being attracted to White female classmates, and such. Their punishment

(2) Shawn Dexter John will biologically father children with the biological mother (not his
mother) of his Canadian half-sister, the residential partner of his biological father Clay
Crispin John, as she will be entered into the procreation program of Shawn Dexter John
with him (Shawn Dexter John) being the sole male participant.
(3) Lebron James and decoys have never attended or enrolled in any college or
professional institution of learning; the documented attempts to communicate otherwise
serve as part of tangible evidence of conspiratorial and fraud related felonies (and
additional charges) asserted by law enforcement against him, certainly not Shawn
Dexter John, a person the said James (Sr.) falsely and wickedly purported as having met
at night school or correspondence courses in fury that the movie Night school must have
been about him and not Shawn Dexter John - this is the simultaneous wickedness and
triviality Shawn Dexter John has had to deal with in being merciful and judicious in
imposing the conditions of a life sentence decided by a domestic court against Lebron
James, the sole defendant convicted of murder committed under apparent instructions
received from hidden federal agents, including Craig Robinson and Alex Murdaugh.
(4) Shawn Dexter John (myself) will have 10,000 biological offspring (children) with three
thousand (3000) adult women, all professional or exceptional as competent mothers, a
reality already decided by programming from Heaven above. No agent on Earth (or
other) has the knowledge or capability he has in running the universe as it is solely his
job to govern the universe. There is no individual or entity competent enough to outduel
his decisions and this is the secret to God and Satan - Satan has never won a game as
perceived by Satan, just false purportions here and there to pacify his pain in trying to
pay his moral debt by setting up humanity, criminalized and poor Blacks and assassin
and supremacist Whites alike. Shawn Dexter John is a million years older than all on
Earth and beyond and is dreaming into Earth, not simply as God but in being sole God at
all times and in all dimensions of this universe no matter what is perpetuated as
disclosed (or opposing facts) outside his communication channels - this is the reality.
The Angels, his wives in Heaven (all 3000 dreaming into this world from his City in
Heaven, not the sky, all licensed in Heaven per training toward strengthening their souls’
 will to survive), were all unlawfully coerced into porn and stripping. All agents
responsible will be destroyed in ways only comprehensible to them - sheer psychological
and physical torture, abusive to them, not their victims, that which were legalized by their
policy communication. All harmed Angels will be taken to dimensional rooms created by
his Father above for their healing and for being briefed outside Earthly government
circles and spaces. Karine Jean-Pierre will say yes to her Heavenly husband (Shawn
Dexter John) as will Rashidah Williams to this same Shawn Dexter John, clearly Jesus
Christ, and will receive new legs to replace those which were amputated by federal
agents attempting to protect themselves from Judgment above. These Angels will
remain with Jesus Christ in Heaven (forever) and, presently, will all become happy as
isolated female CIA agents (the first class), the mothers of future Black operatives,
agents, and auditors of the CIA and INTERPOL, the holy children of Jesus Christ, the
remaining 9,900 from the City of God and Angels now preparing in Heaven for their
century long nap into the circuits of Earth via human bodies designed within constraints
by them preceding their nap. Shawn Dexter John only has one biological offspring at
this point with respect to his current human body (regarding his sperms and semens and
the procreative, sexual, and romantic acts which resulted in conceiving and birthing her).
The remaining 9,900 plus will be biologically and sexually fathered by him (meaning
Shawn Dexter John, one person), meaning no one else.
