Legal Tenets of the United States Charter of African Industry, a directive to invest in Africa via
American corporations and subsidiaries and to induce a shocking and exponential growth in
domestic corporations precisely to complement and even lead their activism in Africa

(1) The African fundamental plight of social democracy, per American values adopted by
Nelson Mandela and per his discretionary peculiarization of the African Idea in its
incorporation without, exceptionally so, denoting any opportunity of communist rule, shall
not be deterred by the capitalist and ethical motive of American investment in Africa, an
endeavor which shall lead to Africa becoming the wealthiest continental State (officially
achieved in four [4] decades) and the United States remaining the wealthiest
nation-State toward the end of time,
(2) Any plight to deter this Directive shall be renounced internally (and externally) without
allowing for the only plausible deviation, all continents becoming equally wealthy
succeeding the next two (2) centuries (per negotiations) to provide good omen (as some
would say), good fate, promise, and peace of mind to our posterity in a world which
requires African redemption and consequently issuance of forgiveness,
(3) African corporations are not banned from operations in the United States without
offending the generality of the United States, without perceiving its pending agreements
of relation with the United States on economic affairs and activism as being a military or
relatable conquest under the covert action of any African entity, but shall appreciate the
vice versa reality of the corresponding Agreement and protocols,
(4) The motive of American companies in Africa shall not defraud the effort of the future
Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) to genuinely remain compliant with global
development, global security, global intelligence communication without any security or
perceptibly nationalist clearance related impediment imposed against any Member
Government of the [United Nations] World Government or corresponding constituency,
and INTERPOL under Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) guidance,
(5) There ought to be no power prescribed to any government or private entity (or person or
group) which shall devalue the nominal role of the respective governments in the African
Union (AU); no private corporation or related private agreement (or protocol) may serve
 as the governing entity over any public or government jurisdiction (or constituency within
or of association),
(6) The African Union (AU) and all other continental Unions, all already decided with a total
of five (5) concluded, per rendered negotiations duly settled, in advance (with the AU
and the European Union [EU] established and already active), shall respect the right of
the African Union (AU) to decide the consolidated effort of the Member Governments of
the African Union (AU) as the continental federal government of Africa.
