Legal Tenets of the international Intelligence and Security community as the foundation for the
Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) and the purpose of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
succeeding 2044, the year of the establishment and inception of World Government and the
GIA

*Attorney General of New York Letitia James has been requested exile (self-deportation) from
the United States by the United States Department of Defense, the United States Department of
Justice, the United States Department of State, and the United Nations (UN) Security Council.
She and associates have requested amputating innocent individuals’ limbs, including Chad
Shem John and Tessann John, a request aborted and made barred in perpetuum, and will not
be allowed to make any decision in the state of New York presently, moving forward, and upon
her faked death in two (2) to three (3) weeks as detailed earlier. I provide fair warning - she will
lose her second leg to medical amputation, per orders from the CIA, if she requests collateral
damage or revenge ever again, a woman who procedurally ordered murder, a person of office
and authority, a person who procedurally requested that there be no evacuation of Manhattan to
wipe out “all Puerto Ricans, West Indians, and [conservative] crackers” via state and federal
offices, disclosed and undisclosed.

The Legal Tenets are as follows:

(1) The intelligence and security community shall not defraud the democratic, diplomatic,
and progressive nature of intelligence and security objectives of the western world in
engaging the devolution of extremist conservative faculties (outside our traditional
community),
(2) All races shall equally participate via demographic count and actual contribution within
the international and security community,
(3) All intelligence and security apparatuses shall empower the plight of the globe to
de-focalize, without exclusion, military activism as the center of security and intelligence
operations on a global basis for pacifist oriented purposes,
(4) The right of militaries to exist for common sensical purposes, purposes acknowledging
the debates and assertiveness of leading (western), risen, and niche societies alike,
shall not be refuted; however, the focus of military will become security and technology
based in protecting against the breach of abolitionist protocols against military buildup
 and nuclear warfare and against arbitrary pre-emptive actions in nurturing instead (or
predominantly) sound training in global ethics and socio-political integration beyond
traditional borders and economic constraints,
(5) There shall be no law, resolutionary accord, paradoxical formulation (perceived as
authentically legitimate in addressing, refining, and motivating comparative policy), or
policy which denies any intelligence or security request to access the United Nations
(UN) system toward diplomacy, harmony, pacifist activism, cultural cohesion (without
discrimination), and preventing any global war succeeding our current condition,
(6) There shall be no obstruction of any associable protocol, proxy, order, rule,
concentration, regulation, or operable directive denoting universalism in approach or
which denies the right of any nation, popular or not, to decide its national policies within
the constraint of the United Nations’ (UN’s) founding document and the future
Constitution of the World; no isolationist social group or party shall be discriminated
against outside its employment of violations (especially that which serves as a proponent
of closed or restricted borders and free movement in general),
(7) There shall be no objective of government which supports, promotes, or effects the
dissolution of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a special partnership with
INTERPOL in creating the intelligence and security community, in evolving the United
Nations (UN) into bonafide World Government as the [sole] global governance structure,
and in creating the future Global Intelligence Agency (GIA),
(8) The United States shall serve to support the future Global Intelligence Agency (GIA),
upon its 2044 inception, as the lead intelligence and security Agency with international
security clearance and shall not serve to dissolve any operation or function fundamental
to the Constitution of the United States or, superior in diplomacy and global affiars, the
future regulatory Constitution of the World (Government), and
(9) The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its hidden subsidiary Amnesty International
shall revolutionaize, without illegalities of an devised sort, the Central lntelligence
Agency (CIA) into a social activist with INTERPOL protection of peculiar respect in
mending all political, humanist, military, human development, economic, financial,
security, and sociological debates and conflicts.

Note:

*(10) There shall be no abhorrent decision of any sector, actor, action, office, staff, niche
personnel, initiative, directive, or proposition of any Government or private entity which shall
serve to withdraw from the intelligence and security community’s mandate of benevolence (or
immediate or mechanical association) without, however, refuting independence or sovereignty
and without refuting the United States right to lead by merit.
